It's fantastic that these cars use ready-to-go off-the-shelf components, readily available software and easily replaceable/upgradeable batteries. Even though doing this makes the interior look kinda like a DIY project, I way prefer that to vehicles that are completely custom and unrepairable, if a button or switch breaks you can change it out within the same day by just dropping by your local auto parts store. Also goes to show even with a compact design you can still build a product to be repair-focused if you just put in a bit of thought and effort. I wish all companies built products that were this right-to-repair focused, would make a world of difference for their longevity and ease of use repairability.

Robert, not Ryan.
Great video sir - can't wait for all the improvements after you take this one down and upload a third one!
There is a green 1st gen Solo without the center lights at the 'Greens & Beans Deli' in New Westminster, BC with the license plate "HAN". Look it up on street view (143E Columbia street, New Westminster - face west) , it's parked right next to the building.
The Street View history suggests its been their since at least October 2018. It's even charging in one of the shots suggesting it actually gets used.
im wondering how you found it unless u live in the area and knew about it😆
@@MartinAnsty There is a sign on the door that says Greens and Beans that would indicate the car is used for delivery.
they have another white one aswell
@@MartinAnsty August 2017 if you look from 305 Strand Ave.
Great job on the new video!
Thank you for the new, improved and phone number free version of the video!
I, for one, am excited to watch this one for the first time again.
What a great video feels familiar and fresh all at once
loved the reproduction, watched it to help out, enjoyed the first video a lot! Glad to see it was received so well
The little suv joke at the beginning is exactly how I feel about our pickups, literally no reason to have them be that damn big
I have a 92 Honda Acty and my BIL's 91 and 00 are huge in comparison to be rated to roughly the same weight. And those are supposed to be the tiny ones
But how else can you have plausible deniability for pelting other random cars with loaves of bread?
Have you ever towed anything?
I rented an Altima while out of town. After getting home to my RAV4 it felt huge
It would have been better if it was a gen 1 Smart (from the early 2000s)
Very cool of you to redo this whole video. Well done, hope the engagement numbers are good
Great video, very fun to watch!
I love the unintentional EASTER EGG HUNT made in this video.
Wow, what a great video that CZcams should promote to lots of people
Yeah, look at how much I’m engaging with it!
I don't typically comment but I'm feeling motivated to help boost this video. Really enjoy your videos.
