It's not "their doctors" the ministry of R&H doesn't train or employ doctors. These are government licenced doctors who work in government hospitals and those "tests" are done in government owned labs including KEMRI and even the famous LANCET and non of this facilities are owned by the church so how can the church manipulate the results they give???
when samples are carried to Kemri for further medical tests, they are not necessarily done by the referee body ..but conducted by the referral body
But other doctors test them not doctors of the ministry
