Stanley honestly deserves this. He has led a hard life
Several hard lives because if I remember correctly Stanley died once 😂😂
@@ellatheperson3632 Stanley dies often lol
Yes, he deserves some slavery
*lifes he dies so much
stanley villain arc start
I always use the clubs for my 100 baby challenge. She meets the new dads through The Baby Daddies, and once they've contributed to a baby, they go into Raise Yo' Kidz. The activities for that group are cleaning and repairing, so the dads all come over and take care of the house, and actually spend some time talking to their crotch fruit (once said crotch fruit is allowed out of the toddler prison, of course). Groups are really game changers!
Woot! 😂😂😂 Stealing this👆idea! 🥳
Speak more about this toddler prison....
I use them for my legacy family too! Everyone in the household goes into the “chores” club where they clean, repair, cook, and do homework 😂
@@blundrpluss lol 😂 Turns out locking your toddlers in an area where they have everything to fill their needs is a great way to raise toddlers in the 100 baby challenge! Or anytime you have too many of them walking around! Is it a little unethical to lock kids in a room for the first years of their life? Yes. Will they care? Probably not. Is it efficient? Yes. Yes it is.
@@blundrpluss Honestly it's psychotic. So the bottom floor of the house is split in half, one half is the living area and main bedroom, and the other is the toddler prison. It's 3 rooms, the sleeping quarters, the playroom, and a bathroom.. The sleeping section is 4 toddler beds, a large sofa, a bookcase, and a night light. The playroom has all the toddler skill builders, plus a radio, and one of the food display cases from GTW. Once a baby is aged up, they go into the toddler prison, and the only door into it is locked for everyone but my matriarch. She goes in there to potty train, read to them, and bathe them, but they mostly have each other and a row of Blarfys for company. Children and teens build the cooking skill making salads, the salads go into the display case, which keeps them fresh, but the toddlers can also help themselves when they get hungry. The radio helps them get their movement skill up through dancing since they can't run around that much. Once they age up, they're allowed out into the main house. It's really cute and colourful, but it's 100% a prison. I'll be taking nominations for Mother of Year soon!
Simsie: *talks about putting kids in a basement to paint* "when you say it like that it sounds kinda bad"
Also Simsie: "But it made good money."
Explains the prevalence of child trafficking
omg
nobody:
simsie: is running a painting sweatshop and claiming the art as your own more or less ethical than being a landlord?
i mean, that’s just making a good statement on landlords.
I think the landlord one is worse because these people just like to paint.
@@sarahbaxter2035 and they can leave/eat when they want
@@sarahbaxter2035 why is it worse?
@@luciathesylveon8082 They have to live in poor conditions
I realize this isn't a money-making scheme, but I created a painting club that met at the museum in Willow Creek. I then used all the paintings to hang up in the museum, which made it the nicest museum in the game!
This is so wholesome omg
Omg that's amazing!
That's actually a good idea lol
I’m gonna try this!
Did something similar only it was the gallery level of a custom career lot.
The reason Lou doesn't paint is that, even though he's an Art Lover, he dislikes painting as an activity. So basically, he just wants to look at art. Well, he's also a Kleptomaniac, so look at and steal art.
lilsimsie has done so many things in the sims that at this point she's even making a cult just for money-making purposes and I love that
Call me Kevin has entered the chat.
Jim Pickins 😈
@@jerseylife8701 my thought as well 😂
@@jerseylife8701 my exact thought
Kayla building an entire house while a random Mark just sleeps in Stanley's bed made me laugh. Imagine the shock of going to sleep "outside" and waking up indoors 😂
This is definitely one of the nicest houses that Stanley has ever had.
You heard it here first folks, the best get rich quick scheme is to start a cult!
simsie: "maybe the club shouldn't have kids"
me: yeah, makes sense, child labor sucks...
simsie: "they would be USELESS"
me: ... oh
Stanley is slowly turning into Jim Pickens 😂
That would be the crossover episode of a life time!
YES HAHA
I WAS LOOKING FOR THIS COMMENT
Lmao it looks like he’s in a painting on the thumbnail too!
It's not a "cult" it's just some friends helping Stanley paint in his house, where he doesn't have too much furniture so they won't be tempted to stop painting. Totally different. 😂
Even though Stanley is selling the paintings it will always say who the actual artist is. So the award nominations and fame are on the committees that decide fame and nominations. Stanley is simply a famous artist who runs an elite club that "teaches" budding artists. The revenue from their paintings is the club fees. He feeds them and provides a restroom so I think it's completely morally ok!
I do this with my farm animals in my families bc im lazy and dont wanna keep checking on it. I just start a gathering every day, and it takes care of my pets 10/10 reccomend.
The club perk “rally the troops” raises all club members needs except for hygiene and there’s no cooldown.
Stanley is entering his Gilderoy Lockhart era
this is literally like the art crawl episode of bob's burgers where louise forces the twins to make art for her to sell
was looking to see if anyone commented this before I did so myself 😂
Ive used the Get Together club mechanic to set up chores for the family. Care for the plants, go feed and talk to the animals from Cottage Living, clean the house, etc etc. its so handy and abusable when you need the sims to actually do stuff, but you dont want to micromanage multiple sims at once. (Or deal with them cancelling a task because they want to go troll the forums or get a glass of water.) Honestly, i rank it up there as one of the best packs for the sims 4 just from sheer utility alone.
Ok hear me out- Patchy the scarecrow, birds, and rabbits together would automatically do all of the gardening. All Stanley would need to do is harvest and replant!
Ah, the Jim Pickens painting cult method of get rich quick. Classic.
it’s more ethical because at least they enjoy painting and get to go home to an actual house and not a bed under a roof on the beach😂
I see we're trying the Painting Cult today! You been hanging out with CallMeKevin?
Edit: I noticed the townie from City Living, Diego Lobo in the cult. I had my legacy founder marry him and he's now cursed almost five generations with a weird tiny mouth.
And James
I love how Kayla calls everyone Buddy
This is pretty much the meta for the No Skills No Problem challenge 😂
I call it the "Totally Legitimate Art School" technique 👌
At this point Stanley should be added as a townie
poor stan man deserved this. he has had a long, hard, working life. i would love to see more things like this. love you Kayla xx
Of all the Stanley videos I'm expecting this to be the wildest
2:49 "I feel like a dirty dirty cheater" while money is at 666 🤣
Stanley's coming for Jim Pickens' gig
You could’ve called this challenge “Can I get rich from plagiarism?” 😂
Always looking forward to Stanley content. The world's favourite hotdog
The fact that this is pretty much how huge artist's workshops worked a couple hundred years ago lol
Isn't this how fashion houses work today 😂
I've talked about this a few times before and I'm sure more people will always be informed the more I mention it, but in addition to dumpster diving, it can be even better to also become a spellcaster or create one in CAS and have them learn Practical Magic until they learn the Repairio spell, which will happen quickly if not immediately. It will let you restore burned furniture found in dumpsters to their original states and repair broken items from dumpsters. You don't need to rely on the Magic Realm sages to teach you spells either. Just practicing a school of magic (Practical in this case of course) will self-teach your sims spells.
You will later learn the Copypasto spell, which lets you duplicate items, and that can also be great for making money... provided that you're ready for when spells backfire, which can actually start fires. Some spellcaster traits greatly lessen backfires though.
Oh, and if you're not familiar with spellcasting or haven't played as a spellcaster in a long time, do remember to be watchful of the charge meter on your motives menu. If it fills, your sim might very well die. You can learn a spell through rank-ups that drops your charge meter to zero and there is at least one other spellcaster trait that reduces the charge cost for spells.
Spellcaster clubs can be dangerous for sims however because while sims in a club can be instructed to autonomously cast spells, not only will they often cause fires (because Infernio isn't dangerous, is it? looool), but they may be unable to keep themselves from overcharging and possibly dying.
Ah the classic art farm. The Clubs make it so easy. (I always have an art farming club.)
I once trapped the whole Club in an area where I gave them everything to live. Because of the way I had set up the Club, they all loved to paint and just kept doing it even after the meeting ended.
Here's an iinteresting one: appraising artefacts. I had Sim max out both Jungle Adventure aspirations. He ended up with the reward trait that other Sims would send artifacts for him to inspect and value. Once you did and returned it he was getting typically 2,000-4,000 simoleons per appraisal. It's quite a lucrative money source but takes effort.
Those sims will probably have trust issues now 💀
You could have put out a grill and picnic table. The club members could have a chance of cooking the meals as well.
This challenge is nice. You could build your own cult. Put beds/shower/etc for members with many tiny houses.
Yes that seems cool. Cult compound challenge. Your would be cult leader starts out with just an empty lot, 3 easels, and the clothes on their back. Your club starts with one activity, painting. The goal is to turn that into a whole cult compound, with a separate house for your leader and communal facilities for your members, as well as obtaining additional work for them to perform (or have them clean and repair the compound). Your leader, however, isn't permitted to do anything the members are tasked with - his/her job is running the cult, not toiling with the followers!
You could also have your cult leader have to write books once you can afford a desk and cheapest computer for the "parsonage" - these are holy books and recruiting pamphlets, and they represent the leader actually doing something besides just standing around while the cultists work.
ah yes the classic jim pickens method. we love the painting cult
This is why I love the club system so much. You can make Sims outside your household do so much stuff
I see kayla has taken a page out of Kevin’s book.
Watching simsie discover what callmekevin does regularly in his sims game lol
Stanley has always been a hustler
Simsie x Call Me Kevin: the collab that we didn't know we needed until now
With high school years pack you can make and sell outfits worth like $1,000,000 (that’s as far as I’ve tested). If you have high entrepreneur skill it’s a good way to make money really quickly.
Chickens might be bad by itself but if u have a golden chicken and then pair it with gardening you can make a ton of money depending on what you garden
i dont know if this has been suggested a lot or not but its possible to do a potential rags to riches with dolphins from island living! you're able to get them to "fetch" items for you and i've gotten some pretty expensive stuff from them before like excellent quality pomegranates and random items that are sometimes worth quite a lot of money :))
Who agrees Stanley should have his own series?
He kinda does, lol? I mean if it's a "Get Rich By...", it's clearly a Stanley Humphries Production!
he does at this point
@ladyofthemasque I think they mean a regular LP, where Kayla would like build him a house, for him and his kids, from the episodes where he's had children.
Although that would only work if toddlers had hotdog suits... or lil cocktail weenie costumes. We got cowplants nameable - let's all pester EA for toddler hotdogs!
This is genius. Also, for my werewolves, the fix objects club would be great after every full moon.
I could watch a series of Stanley living the high life off of painting club funds 🥰 he deserves it!
the house turned out so cute! you should totally try to do more japanese-style builds
I like to make clubs for cleaning and gardening… it’s awesome, they just work for me
lol I love Stanley showering right next to mark sleeping
An advantage with a painting club : Your Sim don't need to pay for the blank canvas nor the paint used. That mean more money when selling.
Yes, your Sim can and WILL get fame for selling the work of others.
There is a mod that can increase the maximum number of members in a club. Have a normal club and increase it's membership to 8. Add the mod. Now, true social interaction, you can invite more Sims to join the club. There are 10, 20, 40 and unlimited versions.
I love getting high and watching you and playing the sims, best thing ever. I love your videos and your ideas, best sims content creator ever
Ah yes, the Madarame method. 😂 When the playstyle is exactly what one of the arcs/bossfights in another game you play is about. It has to be unethical if JRPG protagonists would fight you over it .
I used this group thing when I felt overwhelmed by my garden 😂
Love this idea. But also low key, this could be a really neat storyline where you and your club work to make money to advance the club and grow to something cool and bigger. Famous even. Go from a club no one cares for into one that is well known and admired. I'm definately gonna try it out lol
Jim Pickens did this but locked the people in his basement.
Oh-my-god I can't even begin to describe how much fun this video added into my day. Lilsimsie you are a genioussssss. I love this chaotic Stanley's content 💜💜💜💜
Shoutout to Hope for the good captions! :)
Lol Stanley is like the Tom Sawyer of hot dogs!
to answer your question, yes i think this is morally worse than the landlord episode because it's so much more effective. you don't make much from being a landlord in the sims, but stanley is gaining fame, money, and possibly awards? that does not mean im not enjoying this - i am thoroughly enjoying stanley being the jeff bezos of painting!
The art world is like this, having a leader with the vision and tons of people do the work.
i really think you should do a get rich quick with the decor box!! i always use it when i need extra money:))
7 mins 49 : "You're in MY bed?!?"
Goldilocks and the 3 bears vibes ✨️
I used the club system to make the "Bro Hoes," which my vampire celebrity sim is the leader of. It's a flirty club of sims with the Bro trait. Club activities include Bro things like watching sports and mixology, but also woohoo and flirting with each other 😆
Not to mention, it's no problem my vampire sim has the trait where she must ask for a drink and feels guilty compelling, because they love each other so much they always say yes!
you should do a video ranking the "get rich quick schemes" on a tier list!!!
"Those who can't, teach" taken to a whole new level. I am absolutely building an in home art class after this.
Please upload to the gallery if you saved your game! This my favorite sims house I've ever seen!
Oh no, is Kayak entering her CallmeKevin era of evil?
I would love to see you rank all the ways you’ve tried to do rags to riches best to worst, most lucrative to least etc!
simsie could have locked the door and just put a bathroom outside for the other sims to be able to access. no one would try to steal stanley's bed
I'm doing a 10 generations run slowly but surely and the first mom loves art so she kept painting on her own (should have made her an aspiration painting but she's successful lineage lol) and one of her sons ended up being an artist as well so both kept painting and painting so I kept adding easels until everyone in the house started painting and now one of my sims baby mama comes to visit just to paint LOL.
but this clubs thing is a game changer.
Ive used get together to create a 'staff' for me rich sims before, make them cook, clean, garden, and fix, and invite them round 9-5 everyday 😂
Simsie should make like a camp almost where there’s rooms and mini houses for them to stay in and work endlessly with an interesting get rich quick scheme in the “courtyard”
i loved when simsie gaslighted us by saying stanley painted the clown paint
I do this in my sims game and i make almost 30,000 dollars everyday and i have 3 clubs i have had them fo two sims weeks and they all make masterpieces, i make them stay all night and day. I have a public bathroom and sometimes order a pizza and give it to them, i make them stay in the basement and just reap the benefits of others work. I have 8 sims and only one income, its really difficult i need to make money somehow dont judge me! (also the fugure paintings sell for about 900 dollars when the sims get good enough and are masterpieces that sell for 3,000 sometimes)
I like how kayla dressed stanley this way, he looks like a hot dog all the time! That's so funny. I didn't know one could do a roof out of nowhere without nothing below. 😲
I think this is morally better than the land lord episode, I like to imagine that part of the money goes to the painter in the group, but Stanly taking credit and getting awards is iffy, but that's sims 4 game logic, it wouldn't award the painter just Stanly as he sold it so eh
the money actually goes back to the painters in the sense of the expansion (putting more easels)
@@juliacintrae
The employees are awarded for their hard work with more work hours. What could be more generous?
10:29 I think it’s fair. Yes you’re using their talents for financial gain, but you gave them a literal roof and provided a small house for them to utilize in exchange for doing something they love
i literally refresh my feed as soon as it hits 3 and go to your channel and then keep refreshing just for the videos to not show up till 3:02 😭
Name your painting club "The Bob Ross Fan Club" This would also be a great way to collect some art to decorate with.
You can think of it as a painting class. Stanley is a teacher and selling students paintings is his paycheck. Students study for free (except for the canvas fee), so it's a fair trade.
this really insipred me to play more with the club feature for not only storytelling! planning on starting a new save now!
stanley is a millionare at this point, from doing all these getting rich things
Figure paintings actually make REALLY good money after sims get their painting skill up more. I've gotten plenty of figure painting masterpieces worth over 3,000 simoleons, sometime even 2 or 3 in a row. They always look like crap in the beginning but once they get further in to the skill they're not bad. The concept of this video was pretty entertaining 😅
Imagine you build a mansion and create a maids. butlers, repairs club, where all activities are chores and every day you get club memembers to do everything at your house as if you were their master lol you might even get them to do your laundry. You could try that and give Stanley a super rich life for an episode.
This is BRILLIANT for my legacy challenge! Painting classes!
Imagine if the clown painting summoned the clown but the one from Amazing World of Gumball so wherever you go he’s somewhere in the background staring at you
Build idea what if you role a random number for every step of the house (wallpaper, beds, rugs etc)
okay the landlord video might seem more morally okay because we're used to being scammed by landlords but this gives artist friends coming together to help stanley out of homelessness and thats pretty acurate
Now imagine that but with the lot traits that boost the painting skill and inspiration
My favorite thing to do with clubs is set my active household in one and constantly have it going and then they get all these skill boosts
you should do this but with a cooking club, it would be so fun and chaotic😂
On the moral question, Simsie, I don't think sims care when you sell their paintings. They never add the paintings to their inventories, even when they paint them at museums and other random easels, at public and private places alike. lol
"I know a lot of you are thinking of starting the 100 baby challenge after the infant update". I feel seen. I've never done one, but I think it'll make it harder and I'm going to go for mass chaos, making it an every lot challenge and do some sort of randomness ala Gluon's Mr. Bumble.
Morally, I would expect no less from Stanley 😂
11:41
I’m pretty sure that’s a painting Bob Ross does in his show, Mark must have been watching it 😂
For 100 baby I like putting all the current kids/teens in a club and giving them activities like cleaning, homework and repairing items. Then I just keep that club running continuously and my kids autonomously do their homework and clean the house. You can even get a club perk that makes homework go faster!
If you want Sims to make your dinner, don't put the activity as cooking, put it as grilling. For cooking, everyone in the club will make single meals and then eat it themselves. You can try to distract them before they eat it, but grilling is easier.
Oh, also have a fire extinguisher ready.
I appreciate these videos because I learn more about gameplay that I didn’t know.
