I spent a week learning everything I could about Zenyatta from overwatch 2 to hopefully master his ability. I found the Zenyatta is more game sense and positioning rather than just a healer. I still had to work on some aim training and accuracy though. This video will show my journey from my first few moments of Zenyatta all the way to my 33rd hour.

That bully zen clip is so brutally true. As a zen main I can say that the hate can be crushing at times especially when it isn’t your fault. That torb willingly walked off the high ground breaking line of sight and fighting away from his teammates who wouldn’t have been able to keep up even if they tried due to his increased movement speed and then blamed the zen when they died. Literally only the best (arguable) support hero in the game (kiriko) could have saved you from that because she could teleport to his side. If people overextend they’ll die, simple as that. But no it’s zen’s fault
if you tp to these idiots as kiri 9/10 you will need to burn suzu to save them, then die by their side as their team spots a kiri with no cooldowns

The most important thing I've learned that made me climb on zen is to get comfortable with taking duels. Great to be able to defend yourself but even better is when you realise a fight is lost, you look for a risky but rewarding play and sometimes you kill 3 people and turn the flight

Trance is Blades ultimate counter. But if he has Nano then its much harder to counter.
Nanoblade one shots, not even tranquillity can save a squishy from that

nice coincidence, hit my 32nd hour on zen yesterday! i stomped my way to gold with him, stopped to play ana/kiri/more meta heroes, then realised recently that heal focused support is mid and awkward was right all along 😂
Hey👋🏼, great video, Zen is a very punishing, and rewarding hero to play fs, from bronze-gm, but if you are 5head enough, you can one trick him even to gm, if you really wanna get better at him, I recommend you take a look at Awkward and his unranked to gm if you haven’t already, he’s a peak rank 1 Zen player and he averages the highest dmg per 10 on support in the ow community
Zenyatta is healing future dmg by removing the enemies that cause it before they can.

People have pointed out in the bullying scene the torb overextending, but also they have the wrong mindset about support as a role. It’s not a “healer” it’s a “support.” Healing isn’t the only job they have. Expecting them to act like it is is like saying tank is only meant to block damage.

That's the real problem of Zen, HE LITERALLY don't heal too, much, he does heal one and other, but he doesnt heal a group, so the best thing you can do, is play with your friends as support, because basically he is more Dps than healer

I like using orb of discord to have cheap wall hacks for a second or two. Its good for knowing where an enemy is hiding but it does run out quick

Best tip is definitely to heal by damaging. Like supports should not be heal bots. Healing will never keep your teammate up if they’re just getting beat on. I’m not saying don’t heal but having some initiative is good

5:11 Orisa's Ult is the only one out of the ones you put there which doesn't work against Transcendence. If Orisa holds her Ult long enough it can 1-shot a squishy, meaning Zen's Ult is useless against it. The rest are fine.

As a Doom Main yeah they are both hard to play but doom sometimes does more dmg then genji and it kinda hurts genji best thing genji has is the like 10% hp spam 1 tap but hard to ever do
