Was initially a bit surprised too but it actually makes sense that Clara works well with Sparkle. The thing with Clara not wanting speed is that you want the buffs that your supports cast on her to last as long as possible, so that all of her follow up attacks get buffed. However, Sparkles CRIT DMG buffs last permanently, even outside Clara's turn due to one of Sparkles traces. The DMG% boost from her talent and ultimate should be pretty easy to maintain too provided you use Sparkles skill every time - which you should have plenty of skill points for. Clara getting to act more often that usual also acts as a pseudo replacement for Tingyun's energy providing capabilities. Overall really comfy!
