Finishing and mounting a mosaic sign permanently on a house

I made this together with my sister as a birthday gift for my mother❤️
Materials I used:
Foam board - found at Bauhaus:

Stained glass (wheeled nippers to cut it)
LIP tile adhesive
LIP grout
