  • Debuting here is the end of KSTW 11's broadcast day in 1986, with a slightly different closedown than the 1987 sign-off I previously uploaded.

I love all the videos you share, Robatsea. I watched KSTW as a child when I lived in Washington, and after we moved, I'd watch it whenever I visited my grandparents, who lived in Tacoma. I remember when they were "Good Lookin' 11," or something along those lines. Wonderful memories.

Thank you, and I'm glad you are enjoying my shares. I have over 40 KSTW clips on my channel, with more to come!

That graphics package used in the KSTW Hollywood Classics bumper was used by the old WLIG-TV 55 (now WLNY 10/55) for their Prime Time Movie in the early days of the station (about 1985).

The music was used for "Hollywood Classics" is the disco remake of "Hooray For Hollywood" from "Act II" as done by the Wing and a Prayer Fife And Drum Corps. And it was from the album "Babyface". To hear the entire song, take a listen.
