Addiction - Recent reflections on the topic - You are not alone

Some reflections on the topic of addiction and my recent experience in it.
Being very sensitive, self analytical and self critical, I notice to a high degree the ups and downs in my life. Recently I have consciously decided to make some deliberate changes which I see are beginning to be needed, but also, I am looking to change things up and take on some healthy challenges that I believe will pay off in the long run in my life.
