    I hate the lack of grip of E1B !
    That's why I am using the E1B head on a E1E black body and tailcap...now it has the same grip as my E1L and it's brighter :)

    Solarforce L2M XM-LT6 900 lumens same physical size and have used is for 6 months. Never met a SureFire I could not outshine or out-throw. The best throw I have ever seen from a compact light is from an UltrFire C8 with only a Q5 LED. You can see then center spot over 600 feet away. It out throws a 2 battery 18650 rated at 1600 lumens. Cost for either is 35.00 if you are a prudent buyer. I build my own drivers for lazers up to 2 watts and have not felt the need to mod either one.

    yea, small niche.. that includes the military, LEO, firefighters, etc ..
    As for who is responcible for the 'economy' ..
    "no single drop thinks it is responcible for the flood"

    there is a point when you go over the edge and buy an expensive light .. sort of like when you start buying expensive knives..
    I bought a few Surefires so far and it did take a bit of convincing from friends who had them..
    I'm not sorry that I spent what I did though they really are good lights

    @urkingod Got a P5 and a P7 at home, both are great lights and uses commonly available batteries. I do like Surefire products especially the G2X Pro but what deters me from buying is the power source, CR123A is really expensive.

    I got an E2D way better than the Back up because of the bezzel protecting the button! I could also hit an attacker if I so desire! I still thank you for your vids!

    OK, I was just about to ask if you replaced it and with what
    Did you go LED or bulb?
    I have the bulb model, but the other guys here carry the LED model..

    your opinion..

  • @GearBuyersGuide
    @GearBuyersGuide  Před 14 lety

    @spiritsword83
    I don't agree at all.
    Sounds like you are upset? Are you conflicted being a "convservative" and defending an almost 100% forign purchase like that?
    I own fenix lights, and I resepct how well they are made.. in fact I carry one too
    But I'll defend the Surefire purchase at just $20 more any day of the week .. to say the imports are better is just going too far, they simply are not
    Your POV lost the US any lead with cars, TVs, Computers, and I'm sure flashlights will join them

  • @4crod
    @4crod Před 13 lety

    how can u afford all of these lights

  • @GearBuyersGuide
    @GearBuyersGuide  Před 14 lety

    @spiritsword83
    He is defending a US company employing US workers, making US products.. you are defending the opposite.
    For a savings of what $14 - $20 ? (I see them new on ebay right now for under $90 all over the place
    I really wouldn't call timeperection the joke here

  • @iluvmym4
    @iluvmym4 Před 15 lety

  • @iluvmym4
    @iluvmym4 Před 15 lety

    I took my back up back! What a pile of shit! No madder how I wore it light up or down,front or back pocket the damn thing found a way to turn on while in my pocket every time I sat down!

  • @iluvmym4
    @iluvmym4 Před 15 lety

    Sportsman had the backup for only $110. The light would be bad ass if the button wasn't so easaly turnd on when in your pocket! They aloud me to exchange for the E2d! The E2D is a bulb light not an LED! I bet the LED is briter,they didn't have the E2D in LED!
