    Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe. In this video I'm going to cook a chocolate cheesecake. The recipe for this chocolate dessert or even chocolate cake is very simple, it does not require many ingredients and it is prepared quickly.
    Ingredients:
    Cream cheese - 500 g ≈ 17.6 oz (approx. 1 pound)
    Sugar - 100g ≈ 0.44 cup (approx. 1/2 cup)
    Cocoa - 10 g ≈ 2 tablespoons
    Eggs - 4 pieces
    Dark Chocolate - 200g ≈ 7oz (approx. 1/2 pound)
    Warm liquid cream (35%) 250 g ≈ 1 cup (approx. 1 cup)
    Vanilla
    Method of preparation:
    Mix the cream cheese until homogeneous, add the sugar and mix until all the sugar is incorporated, sift in the cocoa powder and vanilla.
    Gradually add the eggs and mix well until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Melt the chocolate and pour it over the mixture. Mix. Heat the liquid cream to approx. 50 °C. Pour the mixture over it and stir everything together with a whisk.
    Pour the contents into a baking tray lined with baking paper and place in the oven at 230°C for 25 minutes.
    After baking, let it cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until morning.
