    Orange Blossom Dessert Recipe Ingredients:
    Caramelized biscuits 24
    Makhan (Butter) 2-3 tbs
    Cream 1 & ½ Cup
    Condense milk ½ Cup
    Evaporated milk or cow milk ½ Cup
    Orange jelly crystals 2/3packets
    Orange slices deseeded as required
    Orange juice 2-3 tbs
    Directions:
    In a grinder, add caramelized biscuits and butter, and grind well.
    Take a serving dish, add biscuit crumbs spread it with the back of a spoon, and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
    In a bowl, add cream and beat until a soft peak is formed.
    Add condensed milk, and evaporated milk and beat again.
    Add orange jelly crystals and beat until well combined & crystals dissolve.
    On the biscuit layer, add orange slices, orange juice, and cream mixture, and spread evenly.
    For garnishing, sprinkle biscuit crumbs and add orange slices.
    Refrigerate and serve chilled.
    TIKKA BIRYANI RECIPE INGREDIENTS :
    For chicken marination:
    1/2 kg chicken
    Ginger garlic paste 4 tablespoon
    Lemon juice 2 lemons squeezed
    Yoghurt 3/4?tablespoon
    Tikka masala one and half packet
    Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
    Oil 2 tablespoon
    Method:
    Mix all the ingredients in the bowl and marinate the chicken with this mixture for at least 2 hours.
    For rice:
    First, soak the 2 1/2 big cups of rice or approximately 1/2 kg basmati rice in water for half an hour.
    Fry the onions in the oil and when the onions turn light golden then add ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoons,salt (hasb e zaikah),haldi,lal mirch,pesa hoa garam masala,zeera powder, and daneyah powder (all spices one tablespoon)one chicken cube and one bombay biryani masala packet in it then add 3 tomatoes(cut in cubes) hari mirchaen 8,10 sabaat,podenah half gaddi,hara daneyah half gaddi,aloo half kg....
    When our gravy is ready then add the soak rice then add the water too and let it boil for 20 mins on low heat.....
    Then deep fry the marinated chicken 10mins from both sides...
    Assembling time...
    Spread the biryani rice, then sprinkle our yummy tikkas with few boil sliced eggs and few chillies, and on the top sprinkle a little hara daneyah and lemon juice on the top...
    It's ready to served...
