This work explores and responds to the acceptance, understanding, revelation and delight in Rain. How it descends and nourishes our earth as well as moves into and within our own bodies, inviting and welcoming the sense and action of flow. Rain, a universal force accepted and felt by all on earth in their own way.
'Water is the softest thing, yet it can penetrate mountains and earth. This shows clearly the principle of softness overcoming hardness' Lao Tzu.
It is the dance between our inner nature and the nature that surrounds us. A woman’s power lies in her softness.
'Pink and red clouds of emotion are flying about, Limitless colours raining down. All the covers of the earthen vessel of my body are wide open; I have thrown away all shame before the world. Mira’s Lord is the Mountain-Holder, the suave lover. I sacrifice myself in devotion to His lotus feet.' - Mira Bhai
