- Join me as I walk you around an extremely busy Beach’s Fun Fair in Hounslow West London
This has got to be one of the busiest small family fairs I’ve ever seen especially when there was an estimated wait time of 1 hour to get tokens from the tokens booths, and with that being said I didn’t go on any rides as I wasn’t willing to wait that long
There was 6 major attractions on offer including the Dodgems, Twister, Waltzer, classic Ferris Wheel, Paratrooper (which wasn’t open), Hells Gate 2 and a Funhouse, there’s also a few kiddie rides
Tokens are £1.20 each or £10 for 10 tokens with each of the big rides 3 tokens and small rides 2 tokens
Vlog was film in 2.7K 50fps using a GoPro Hero 9 Black with Max Lens Mod and official accessories

What time did you go? Do you think there will be less queues of you arrive at 2pm (start time)
This video was filmed in May but I have just looked on Beach’s Facebook page and they are back at Lampton park til the 5th September, you will always find these fairs are normally quieter a couple of hours before they close

Well done for getting out while feeling rough, they really should have put extra people selling tokens at least for cash. I would have done the same and left after getting a few shots.
Nice to know you are using a muff to enhance the sound quality Andy, good as use as any! ! As you know the quality of sound is down to the speaker that receives it!

Yeah most of them that went to this fair parked down my road and made it difficult people that live on the road to move about.......

It was like that at South shields a few weeks ago absolutely rammed I'm glad I got there early or wouldn't of went on anything

Great to hear that you have gotten your first vaccination! I'm still waiting to be able to book my first one here in Sweden. Am looking forward to it, since then I'd finally be able to go to Bakken and Tivoli Gardens in Denmark again - vaccination is a must to be allowed to cross the border. Would definitely be worth feeling a bit under the weather for a few days.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. It must have been very disappointing going all that way for nothing. The token system obviously isn't viable. Imagine taking young kids, having to wait heaven knows how long before even getting on a ride. Absolutely insane situation. I suspect a lot of tears were shed that day.

You should buy some anti sickness travel bands, they go around your wrist and stop you feeling sick, u would be so happy with them. They worked for me and I could never do flat rides until I bought these Andy. Buy some, quite cheap and well worth it mate xx
I don’t feel sick on rides I just felt uneasy because of the Covid vaccination I had the day before
Everybodys out because they are sick of being couped up because of the virus. Probably not doing wristbands in order to maximize profit since they missed out last year. Parks here are jammed, too.
Why don’t they take cash on the rides?
Fine to use cash on bars/shops etc 🤷🏽♂️

How stupid of Beach's funfair for removing all the fun rides for example miami and orbit they have replaced them with childrens rides which will get them less customers.

Hiya Andy, my husband had his jab the same day as you and he was rough yesterday. Hope you're feeling ok. Pity about that fair, but I don't think you'd have had fun on the rides with an aching arm anyway. 🙂
Hope he’s feeling better now as I’m ok now !! We actually drove to another fair in Slough, about 28mins away and it was a lot quieter and pay on rides so no massive queues for tokens
