I'd have thought they'll finish the barrel cladding on the East Stand next week if the weather stays good. They've done a huge amount since your last update....
Totally agree, need a dedicated ferry from Birkenhead to stadium or IOM terminal. 😉
I tend to agree that we have gone slightly OTT with the historic stuff. We know our history only too well. This is a "state of the art" stadium and I agree there be lots of memories scattered around the place and even a small museum on site.Lets look forward. COYB
We have always been futuristic when you look back and I can only cite a few eg goal nets, under soil heating, three tier stand and sure many more. We look back in recent times cos we are shite on the pitch. Hopefully we can now look forward again 🙏🙏🙏

It’s called construction buddy the little pitch has been gone for a week it’s be coming harder to coordinate all the trades as the Plaza areas are coming to completion. The access and egress become smaller. Think Lango rock are doing a great job managing this
The white seats aren't a part of the current plan, that may change if a sponsor wants to pay a huge amount to sponsor the seating or indeed the entire stadium.

I don't think those struts are meant to be Archibald leach design. If they were then it is a pathetic attempt to copy it.
I don't think the club have caught up with the amount of detail the modern fan wants. We want to look inside every day.

Someone on another site, said is because of it being a heritage site white seats are not allowed, I personally don't agree with this because they can't be seen from outside
Seat colour is nothing to do with it being heritage site.

@@paultaylor7835I thought that and Dave Babcock who seems well informed mentioned same but then you see the awful M&S Bank signage on the Arena… and you think, the clue is a historic institution!
@radadvisory8614 The arena is a sponsorship though.
The past is who you are, and doesn’t stop you looking forward… bad management does! I think the club will evolve naturally with new owners, and the new stadium. The IOM terminal is built for specific type of loading, which the existing Mersey ferry is not suitable for… walk an additional 10 min and you can get the existing ferry, why spend millions for a short walk?
