I think the majority of people are lost and so influenced by media, social media, money and materialistic possessions, that we don’t know who or what we are anymore. True inner peace will never be found unless these are all removed. I am a victim of this, as that is what we are brought into. It is so hard to unlearn what society subjects us to. You are not successful unless you are beautiful, rich, or popular. So much stress and expectation. It’s no wonder we all need so much help. Peace and happiness to you all.

In that case try guided breathing exercises to calm the system down. Try different breathing tecniques or follow guides, that way it is easier to distract the brain. It is not dangerous for the brain to remember or to feel anxiety but it can be very stressful, it is the brains way of trying to sort everything and to understand what has happened and heal ❤
