Hello, Today I share to you high voltage buck circuit V2. With higher voltage and current. Input voltage from 18 to 120V, output voltage from 10V to 36V. Maximum current 40A. 95% maximum efficiency.

This is a very interesting design! I have a question. If I am trying to create a buck converter that takes 250 volts to 12volts, is it possible to use the same PWM module and change values for the inductor and capacitor? Or do I have to use a different design? Thank you
You should opt for another topology, a flyback for exemple will be suitable for you case

Chắc nốt phiên bản này thôi bạn. Phiên bản tới mình ko làm mạch đơn giản này nữa. Đang có kế hoạch MPPT 70A ap svaof 250VDC. Nhưng giá thành phẩm chắc cũng ko dễ chịu. Còn bạn muốn PCB thì tải fie về rồi tự in mạch cũng đc.

Do you have any inductor calculation for this...for 30-40A looks like wire size is too small as I'm planning to do this project in flyback mode.
Maybe a project off a boost converter like 30vdc_60vdc to 150vdc out and 1kw output

I really love your work, I ordered the 30amp PCB, can you tell me what could be change to get maximum current and what is the maximum solar panel wattage for this board with its standard componets.
Theoretically, the maxximum wattage doesn't exist, you can add infinity ammount of solar pannels to the input but when you draw more than the fuse is rated at, it will blow. I ordered 800W buck converter, sorry two 800W i ordered because in Slovakia those MPPT solar charge controllers cost nearly 100€ for 24V 10A. I need just a few hundreds watts because i haven't bought another solar panel yet but i'm decided to buy exactly 4 of them to power my house. So two pannels together parrallel for the first buck converter and another two for the second one, panel is 310W so the total maximu is theoretically 620W but never achieve that so lets say 550W. Buck converter will be charging battery with CC-CV 24V and hopefully, it will provide more than 15A when the output voltage is too low

Change your cables to 35 mm2 Cu for + and -, change breakers / fuses to 160 - 200 A PN00 - PN1, change connections to handle 200 A. 40 A is o toy. A test it for 16 - 48 hours at 200 A.. Then post thermalcam video.

@@PhdHung uhm. hòa lưới nhật bãi nó ngon thế đó, nhưng ý tui là muốn gắn mạch ông vô để sạc pin với bình, chứ ban ngày chả sài j nên điện toàn đẩy lưới thôi.

@@PhdHung According to the tutorial, the output power seems to be less than 40A. Did you test whether you can output 40a, 3843 doesn't seem to fully drive 59n25, and whether the input voltage can be 30-100v to realize MPPT

Mình có cục RD6018 rồi nên cũng ko máu chế nữa bạn ơi.
Chế để thương mại cho ae mua pcb về làm tại mình thấy nhiều người muốn có 1 bộ nguồn đa năng nhưng giá thành lại hơi cao và một phần cũng muốn học hỏi nữa bạn ạ!
