I love this video, due to work and uni, I have not gotten the chance to pain almost in like a whole year. I used to binge watch any art related video too before but watching this after so long really made me realize how much I miss art or painting. I love your videos of your process wit gouache. What brand of gouache is this ?
A big difference i notice with this sketchbook that you crafted versus some of the previous sketchbooks you used in the past is the amount of warping of the paper. The pages in this sketchbook did not warp at all (probably due to the type of paper used). Do you find that with the previous sketchbooks, the warping interfered with your painting or not?

Yes, your observation about the flexibility is correct, but the pages of my previous sketchbooks are also successful. The paper I used has a higher weight, and I liked the result, but the other sketchbooks are just as successful too.🤍

I am debating weather I should get this gouache set or himi? Which one is better? Ik both of them are very good and maybe it depends on the style and the perosn preference, but I wanna know what someone else thinks lol
I know this is from a month ago, but where did you get the fabric for the cover of your sketchbook! It's gorgeous! And it also looks like a good sturdy canvas material that would last! I have just got into making my own sketchbooks (I NEED 100% cotton and i also draw/paint HUGE so i prefer a 17 by 19 inch landscape size!)
