Excitement Grows Ahead of UBS Spectacular Parade

"Today is blow up the balloons evening," said Sandy Goldstein of Stamford Downtown. "Tomorrow is fly the balloons"
It was a big day in Stamford, where thousands came out for a pre-parade block party.
"We come every year, it's so much fun," said one attendee.
Clifford the Big Red Dog, Mr. Potatoe Head and many other favorites are back to their giant size, all ready for tomorrow's 14th UBS Parade Spectacular.
Today's family affair offered attractions that possible could have left you speechless.
"That is extreme POGO," said Goldstein. "It's destined to leave kids (speechless)."
And if you got a little chilly, Stamford's volunteer club known as the Lions offered the crowds free hot chocolate and a whole table of snacks.
"It's a great turnout, just look at the kids all smiling," said one member.
