cyberjack-CJ actually there are some different symptoms that isnt the same as anxiety. Some symptoms that occur for heart attacks but not anxiety is- having pain in arms, pain in jaw, neck, back. Heart attacks are obviously way waaaay worse than anxiety.

My uncle is an architecture designer, always stay up late for projects. He loves sports and he’s very active. He passed away yesterday by a heart attack. He had some symptom a week ago but nobody noticed it was something serious, and he was continuing stay up late for weeks just for a projects. Tragedy happened when he was playing badminton. He didn’t make it. He’s only 50. My family haven’t contacted them for a decade because of a big argument back then, until his death we finally got reconnected again. Life is so short and fragile...

Just turned 21 in October of 2019 and I had my first heart attack just a few days ago. It’s a very traumatizing event. Knowing you can die and there’s nothing you can do but wait it out until you get to the hospital.

Matt Plyley I always had a feeling of having a weak heart ever since I turned 14. I couldn’t run and keep up with others my age in gym class. Sometimes I would be laying down and be out of breath I’m a very slim guy so it didn’t make sense to me. So then once night I was just laying There and boom. Started having needle and pins in my toes, fingers , shoulders/neck area. Then it got to a point where I couldn’t even move bcs I thought my heart would pop. Got to the hospital and they treated me very well. There isn’t much pain just a lot of negative side effect like being tired and out of breath a lot. Nervousness/anxious I’ve been okay now thankfully

Ya but that 30 minutes feels like hours, ik I've had 3 attacks in the past two days I signed myself out of the hospital against advice to say goodbye to my family and friends and to put my affairs in order, what's the pain of a heart attack is unlike anything I can explain like a hot steak knife through your heart literally punches the air right out of you the confusion is terrible I'm trying to make it till Monday today is Thursday my best guess is I'll be in the or by Monday afternoon

If your young eat healthy don't eat junk food and exercise daily. Most food that is not prepared by you has too much fat, and salt even high end restaurants cook very unhealthy food really no different then fast food like Jack in a box. Don't wait till your older like I did I was always told this by older people yet I didn't listen now I'm in 50's have lot of health issues.
