I was watching a few of your older videos to learn how to do an illusion and arial, but watching this video inspired me to add more flexibility based movesets to my callisthenics training 😊. Loved watching this challenge video

I do want to let people know that it's okay to not be as flexible as these ladies. You can def improve but some peoples limits are way different than others. "we all have a baseline level of tightness and flexibility, and with some effort, we can improve that fundamental level by about 20 or 25 percent. Beyond that, genetics generally limits our ability to keep improving. "
