You gotta love how judgemental we humans can be in these comments. If you were never in a person's EXACT situation, then you have no context with which to formulate a judgement based on what "you" would do. You don't know WHAT you'll do in a situation to survive until you're in that EXACT life-threatening situation. Mind conditioning is real and if you're strong enough to have never fallen prey to it, then thank God for giving you that strength and wear it in humility, not pride.

i thought it was interesting how LaToya was thought of as the Jackson with the least amount of talent yet she strikes me as the one who had the firmest grip on reality.

I never liked or trusted LaToya. But i do think she loved her brother. And loves her nieces and nephews. THe best thing that she could do is be honest and here, she was.
My exposure to Latoya was only for about an hour, but i liked her and i would have truasted her. She made a lasting impression on me.

LaToya is kind of different. I never understood why she did all those interviews saying the accusations were true if they were not true. I don't know if I could welcome a person back into the fold if they had said anything similar about me especially if it was false.

I don't think Latoya was coerced in speak against her brother in 1993. I've listened to all her interviews. She is very consistent in her concerns. She states that she did NOT see any abuse, but she saw enough smoke, including the cheque of a million dollars to James Safechuck Sr, the father of Jimmy. Latoya tells what she knew, and she refused to go beyond that. Its very convenient for her to turn around and say it was all her ex-husband. We should also remember that she also accused her father of sexual abuse of her as a girl. This is a woman who is very conflicted about her family.
