Hi when I press unlock 1 it doesn’t release the door ? I’ve to press on the keypad on the bottom right corner then press # then the door will be released, is there anyway to activate the unlock tap? Also when I try to press monitor and then try unlock it gives me unlock fail. Please let know how to troubleshoot that, thank you
In one of his other videos he reviewed this. Make sure under relay options in the doorbell and the monitor the dtmf is set to the same thing. Most probably you need to change the doorbell to # from 0 it may be on
