I do Quality control for a certain brand in the factory. And I know why I am there. We are all there to make our money. I struggle with the fact that Quality feels like a static struggle in our Company because of all the layers they create. I want to create more dynamic communication again so it feels vivid again and this will motivate my colleagues more. So there is inclusion . But I don't want to overstep it with my manager . What would be your steps of thinking with this info and still be true to yourself...

Sounds that you are ambitious and that you want to take Leadership which is a good thing and every organization probably wishes to have this kind of associates that see an opportunity and start to improve it 😊 what you could do is to develop a structured proposal of how to change the situation and discuss it with your boss. For example what is the current state , what are the problems, what is the future state, which steps are necessary to get there , what kind of support is needed, what kind of empowerment would you need. Treat it like a change project. This shows your boss that you are pro-active and if he sees it in a similar way your could work together, taking his feedback into account. At the same time, you can practice change management, leadership and communication skills, all highly valuable as you progress in your career.
