I just recently read about the Zarephath widow and had so much revelation from the story. It led me to this teaching and I have been very blessed by it. Thank you
God led me to this scripture yesterday to give me clarity on a position I would've settled in. I'm birthing greatness and must push through in Jesus Name, Amen!
It’s interesting how she actually spoke death over her and her son. And he died. She had a relationship with God but she was losing hope. And she felt like death was her portion because of her sin. She did not confirm he was a man of God until her son was brought back to life. Even after the first miracle. She was indeed suspicious. Yet, God restored her in many ways.
When we obey God is well able to do miracles in our lives. The earth is the Lord’s, and the fullness thereof everything we have belongs to God. When God blesses you it’s not for your own personal gain , but rather to be a blessing to others to further the advancement of God Kingdom.
few minutes ago i was asking God why he chose this specific widow whilst there were many other widows .Then i came here on youtube ,watched few clips about this story bfre this video popped up .By Gods grace ,he has used you to answer to my question ,and to add on ,i did not only get an answer but i also got additional insight about the story .Thank you .May God bless you .

Thank you for your teachings but the first thing we learnt is out of place, because even though God said He’s spoken to the widow yet the widow didn’t know this ….. I strongly want to believe that if God had instructed her before time, she wouldn’t seem surprised when the prophet asked her to make a morsel of bread for him. If she had a foreknowledge about this she would have even prepared it before time. Thanks
I want to ask you a question please, in your own way how does God speak to us?? 2. Do you know that God can speak to you and yet not knowing it is God speaking to u until it is confirmed by the one God has sent to you. The Bible say once has He spoken but twice have we have... It took Eli to tell Samuel that God is speaking to you so when you hear the voice again respond to His call... The Bible says in Job that God speaks to us one way or the other and yet man does not perceive it. If God had not spoken to the widow He wouldn't have said to the prophet I have instructed a widow to feed you there. Perhaps God spoke to her but because of her circumstances surrounding her, she was even paying attention to the voice God. There's a way man can allow the the situation around him hinder the flow of God in his life...
