It’s harder for me to walk. But, I may’ve just discovered something vital… blindfolded! Take for instance whenever horses 🐎 or animals are transported… they’re MUCH CALMER if they can’t SÈÉ WHATTTTTT EXACTLY IS GOING ON…. Well, with spasticity muscle 💪 tone… I am always amplifying the strength & standardized jumpy unbalanced body… and, I had an idea 💡 to start doing PT “blindfolded” to engage with truest balancing & walk not being able to see, relying upon understanding balance …
