Do you have to walk to get more Meltan spawns? Or can you just sit at home and get the same amount of spawns as walking for the 1 hr of Meltan box?
I just chilled in my room, meltan spawned near me every minute. Was able to get 2 shiny meltan within the hour

I had pokemon home on my other phone that broke last year, now when i try logging into pokemon home and link with my PoGo account on my current phonw, it's saying I can't. 🙃
I've never purchased a ticket so does the normal melt and just randomly appear in the wild or do you have to go somewhere
You have to connect ur pokemon go account to ur Nintendo account and than send a pokemon to pokemon home and than u get a mystery box 😊
As the guy above said you can get the box by connecting to pokemon home and transfering your mons and meltan boxes works every 3 days (outside the event) but in this event every 24 hours. Meltan is the easiest pokemon to max out since he gives a lot of XL candies (3 normal and 3xl per catch) and you can do this every 3 days for free

You can only open it once every 3 days. But during this event it's every 2 days.

I just transferred 3 pokemon to pokemon home and I still have not gotten the meltan box yet.
Check your inventory, it doesn't pop up on screen, it just goes into your inventory, least for me it did
Not sure what you're stuck with but, you have to go into pokemon home and tap on receive pokemon before you get your mystery box
