Now THATS the proper and professional way to clean a rug. Doing the back first really brings the napp so that it gets really deep down clean. This is by far, the best rug cleaning that I have ever seen.

I agree! I don’t know why I watch carpet cleaning videos but it annoys me when they don’t tackle the backside of the carpet early or not at all. Great job here.
Yeah the only other I've seen do back to front like that is Mr. Carpet. But they're more of industrial carpet cleaners.

Once again, a tired, old rug is restored to a new life. Beautiful pattern and color mix. I enjoy watching this gentleman I call Harold, clean these rugs. Very meticulous in his efforts. Especially the manual hand brushing.

Piotr! Not sure why you were scrapping the opposite direction in this video,but the other direction is preferred due to camera angles! Regardless, great work at cleaning this rug and loved all that dirt
Hey Wendy, good question! We used the squeegee in a different direction than usual, because we arranged the carpet in such a way that in order to collect the water against the grain, we had to change direction. Thanks for being vigilant!

I didn't receive the live notification and I arrived at the last second😣 (by pure chance), the rug is very beautiful, I think it's an oriental wool Kilim type, I think it's woven by hand (although I can always get confused, without touching it and looking closely) good, light and beautiful rugs.

It was a persian carpet! Kilims are soft. this one was stiff. But you are right about the material - it was woolen. Its the best material to make a rug with.

@@cleanlublin HAHA!, answering your question, no, I have never worked with carpets or anything like that, but as a Cooperator of the Spanish Government in Health Education👩⚕🩺 when I was younger I traveled several countries (some from the Middle East and Africa), always I have been very curious and I would walk through the artisan workshops, I would see how they made the rugs and I would ask a lot 😃.

It seems the front+back+front method is more efficient, cleaner, use less detergent and water, and much much more relaxing to watch! Since the new way produce so much dirty form & scum and seems less convenient to use water hose to flush the surroundings of the carpet!
Hope u would seriously consider switching back to the old method!

Did many ppl complain about the amount of water used in last couple videos, looks like your using less?
Great job!
To be honest, last video was made without our pressure washer. We only used the hose, thats why more water was needed. We are back to cleaning with the washer, which uses water more efficiently.

Oh, the woolen, persian rugs are the most common. We wash such rugs often, but if you look closely, their pattern differ!
