We were told this is the best beach in Cebu.... we were not so sure! A nice beach yes... but not the paradise we were expecting! White Beach (Basdaku Beach) Moalboal, Cebu, Philippines 🇵🇭... is not the beach were hoping to find in the Philippines, however, we remain hopeful as we have 3 weeks left to find the beach we've been promised! The Filipino people as usual are incredibly helpful and friendly. I don't think we will ever be disappointed with the efforts of the Filipino locals.
Our one month journey starts here... we will be travelling to Cebu city, Moalboal, Oslob, Bohol, Siargao Island, Palawan - El Nido
We plan to eat, drink & experience Philippines as much as possible for the next 4 weeks. First stop, Manila City 🇵🇭

Next After Cebu Go to Baguio City or Tagay Tay CIty This Two places Are Not To Crowded and it has a lot of beautiful places to go where you guys can find your peace of mind there and it has a beautiful play ground witch is good or fit and made for adult & for kids & the weather there is not to warm it has a little bit cold weather hope you guys come back again and check this two places specially tagay tay city
you can visit better white sandy beaches in bantayan island, in northern cebu.
If you want a classy beach in Cebu you can go North of Cebu in the town of Sogod just search ALEGRE beach resort and or EL Mar resort. This resort is costly but assured you will enjoy. If you want a wonderful nature beaches and not much costly go to Coron or El Nido Palawan.
moalboal is a nice place to visit.

Been binge watching your PH vlogs as i've been quite busy the past weeks to properly watch them .. Regarding that beach (which I think is White Beach), i'm surprised people told you that that's the best beach in Cebu. I've seen other Cebu vlogs with nicer beaches. But then any beach will look 10x better if the sun is out, even Dolomite Beach in Manila.
And btw, that vendor. I think that's Kuya Jun Jun. I saw him also in Harry J.'s (my favorite vlogger) Cebu vlog before. It was a really funny vlog. :)

Moalboal is only popular for swimming with sardines and turtles. Boracay is the beach you might have seen in the photos.

if ur looking for a nice beaches, you should go to boracay and el nido. Moalboal is for divers, to see sea creatures.

Moal Boal is mostly popular as a dive spot.
Picture shown online are taken when there's less people. Since that is a public beach there are lots of people specially on weekends.

Around 4pm at the drop off in front of your resort, you will see turtles. Moalboal is more for snorkeling and Scuba along the coral walls not the beach

If got a budget to go one month off one month work. Then you can go to the best beach the country has to offer.
Note usually the photo and video you see most of the time is boracay or coron Palawan.
Yeah, Moalboal is more of a Scuba Diving destination than beach destination. 🙂

The best sandy white beach is in the Northern part of Cebu Bantayan Island, Medellin and Daanbantayan (Specifically Logoon and Carnaza Island)...Moalboal is only known for Sardine dive...The southern part is more on different nature activities

And for the resident of Cebu City, who needs a quick beach paradise getaway on the weekend, can go to Olango Island. Boats going to the island a few times a day in about 40minutes.
@@i-am-your-conscience but some tourists has been there numerous times though and actually you can see tourists every but its not that much like other places though😁
@@lavandermaro1401 yes Bantayan itself is no secret anymore.. but still more relaxed, also the tourists who are there are not so much party folk like in Moalboal.. no Chili Bar there :D
if you want best beach head to bantayan island its a nothern part of cebu 3hrs bus from cebu city 1 hour and 30 minutes ferry you can stay there more than 3 days i recommend kota beach or sta fe.. rent or ride a tricycle or single bike there is a nice beach around this island an regarding moalboal its a best dive location but around south of cebu you have many choices beach and famous fall.. just searh and ask local they will guide you take care both

Moalboal is more of a diving destination.. the best beaches in Cebu should be way up north in Sta. Fe, Bantayan Island. Enjoy!

Yeah you should go to Boracay, Palawan El nido and Coron, Siragao for surfing, Bohol. Cebu has average beaches. For the HIGH END beaches Amanpulo Palawan, Balesin and the most expensive in the world Banwa.

Whoever told you Moalboal is the best beach in Cebu? Never heard of Boracay? or El Nido or Coron in Palawan? Or here in Cebu, Bantayan Island in the North has white sand bars. Even in Mactan Island( the airport area) you can have island hopping tours where you can also enjoy the qhite sand beaches there.
moalboal is more popular amongst the divers. for a paradise feel in cebu, try bantayan island and malapascua.
If you want to see a paradise go to boracay, El Nido,bohol, coron siargao the place that you been is just an ordinary beach

Who told you that? :D ..maybe they meant to say something else - the underwater world is the part of the beach that is great, or the great thing of Moalboal, not the beach itself.
In Cebu region, there are much better options.
In the south there is Bantayan Island for example and some other beaches nearby. For a person living in Cebu city, a trip to Olango Island might be interesting.
But yeah, not the beach itself in Moalboal

Boracay is the beach that was featured as one of the best beaches in the world. Moalboal is for the big whales . You are in one of the local beaches in Moalboal. Go to Malapascua or in Sumilom island.
If you are looking for good beaches in the Province of Cebu, go to Malapascua or Bantayan.

Southern Cebu is known for Falls in Badian, Barili, and Samboan, and Gentle Wales at Oslob, diving at Moalboal. If you want to see the best beaches in Cebu, you head to Northern Cebu, we have Bantayan Island which has more nice beaches.

sorry for the disappointment but you probably got mis-informed... .its actually not for sun bathing and sunsets... not a tourist beach, its basically for locals ... while moal boal area are for snorkeling and diving with sardines, turtles, with occasional whale sharks only

Whoever told you that, that is the best beach in Cebu, isn't really from Cebu, or surely have never been to other beaches just in the main island of Cebu. Or maybe they have never been to some of its smaller islands like Bantayan Island, Malapascua Island, Camotes Islands, etc. Anyone who has been there, who also had been and seen some or many parts of the world, would definitely say that those islands have some of most beautiful beaches, not just in Cebu, not just in Philippines, but in the entire world. Surely. But then again, I would also question if those people had been to many Phl. islands, because there are still 7,630 other islands that they may not have seen.

The best beaches in Cebu are in the islands. Bantayan island, Malapascua, and Sumilon island. Moalboal is best known for the sardine run, not really its beaches.
Maybe the best beach in Moalboal? But it doesn't hold a candle to Nacpan near El Nido.

Well guys you went to a less touristy area. Look at the brightside guys at least its not that crowded. Unlike Boracay where there are hundreds of people walking around you and i think food and souvenirs are more pricey.🤔😁

@@parttimetravellingfamily I am cebuano living in the city and I was there also in Moalboal that place for 1-10 grade I give 8. El Nido and Coron would be one of the best beach in the Philippines.
I think the problem is, what you define as nice beach.. The people who have only diving in mind, say Moalboal, others think about sand and sunbathing, they would say something different.
The popular thing to do in Cebu is swim with the Whale Sharks in Oslob..... Not the beach.

Don't recommend Balabac for touriats with kids. Infrastructure there is close to nothing. It will be a nightmare for them especially the kid.

Cebu don't have nice beach. Go there for the Waterfalls. Goto Palawan, Coron, Bohol or Boracay island for nicer beach.
