“If you’re looking for a role that’s gonna provoke you...”
Most honest line about this entire video
Maybe it's an sos signal or a morse code of some sort where the guy is actually telling us to save him? Hmm
hahaha lmaoo
Saying "Hello, Sir, how can I help you?" everyday 100 times is an exciting job? LMAO
I worked at Verizon and hated it!
150x
Hahahahaha and then you get a customer that's one sided and stupid no matter what you explain they will only beleive what they want to
Stupid. Imposible
400 - 600 times
I used to work at a att call center, I was miserable and I hated having to go to work there. It was just a job for me and I needed one. There is nothing rewarding about answering hundreds of calls from angry customers. I worked for the retention call center in houston. Never again!!!!
I feel the same, I just take calls in different department...can I ask you privately more about your experience?
Briela Brioso hahaha forward to loyalty😂
Preach girl, i used to work for the costumer service, i got anxiety of that work
For me, next Monday is my first day in the floor! thank you for sharing this (
winter lachlan I was apart of loyalty.... I hated all other departments lol
These people have NEVER worked in a call center a day in their lives.
Maggie Rose I was thinking the same thing. They are either actors or upper management posing as CSR’s.
PTPOP can an introvert grow well in customer service jobs..phone call jobs..?
AT&T CC is not actually in USA but in Colombia, I know because I have a few friends working for AT&T CS here.
True. I worked there once and its a very toxic environment. Of all the accounts that I've handled, this is the one that I would not highly recommend.
@@vivekjoshi3769 yeah possibly. I'm not an introvert per say but I worked for one for a month and couldn't make it past training. I worked really hard to. I'm not good with words. So I know it's possible but still struggle.
Call centers are a difficult place to work. I've worked in several when I was laid off from an airline job. Or when I needed a part-time job. Some employees have worked in them for years. I give them credit for being able to stick it out, because the calls can be a strain at times. Not to mention constantly being monitored by supervisors.
I thought supervisors would understand us bit more but no. Threatening to fire you after some mistakes
Omg yesssss
Best part of the job is getting cussed out
Indeed.... ;(
Well I never cussed out a SINGLE Representative in my life
Getting cussed out but being well compensated, I'll take it.
@@davevillas7397 not really
Aw man Im going to an interview today and I read this 😂👍🏽
Also they don’t tell you truth, if your numbers (metrics) aren’t good you’re fired
LMAO this is so FAKE
and if u don't offer in every single call they will fire you
And if your phone calls last longer than 8 minutes, you're fired
I would agree
this is true... the rudest company that I have... rules that you can't understand......
That's what happens everywhere
Very true
No one has fun doing this. It's all an act.
Denice Williams I do
Or you could say it's all an AC&T.
Haha, the call center I worked at for at&t was called ACT.
Hello dear am Riley green
Bcz that need money to survive so they needed Job
I work for AT&T as customer care executive chat process. It's awesome but Opus tool oh!man it's really very slow.
I see that you've never worked with CRM my bro
Melvin Ticas couldn’t agree more😏
Telegence helps more. Old is really gold.
CRM kills me lmao i stg takes 90 hours to even load
Yeah guys, yeah yeah yeah CRM + Opus & ugh
Don’t believe them... it’s a trap
NR C true!
I don't buy what they're selling!
The call center wouldn’t be so bad if AT&T didn’t sell stupid landlines. The job however pays really well. $75k easily. Just show up and don’t be late.
Thank you for this information. The advertisement for this job does state the average salary is 77K. Which call center do you work at???
Working in a call center is career suicide!!!
Why? Someone has to start somewhere. And I'll be the first to admit that call centers aren't fun and I wouldn't recommend them but it's no different than starting out at a restaurant.
Agreed
+Nordic
My career has already committed suicide; working at a call center wouldn't make it worse!
@@JannesonMultiMediaEditor I was a former waiter for over 4 years, it is very fun, especially when you have a costumer complains, the way my manager got scolded with our costumers the more happy we are.
These people giving the interviews were probably outside consultants or officers who either never spent a day on the phones at all or haven’t held a call center position in over a decade.
What they don’t tell you is that you’ll be working second or third shifts, weekends and holidays, will never see your family or friends again because you are chained to your desk at all times, are under immense pressure, dealing with rude and angry customers who can’t do basic math or browser navigation, and are threatened with constant discipline and/or termination if you can’t meet the impossibly high metrics.
NEVER take a call Center job unless you are in 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 dire straits and have absolutely no other option. And even then, you should be looking for an exit as quickly as possibly the second you set foot in that training room.
Truth!!
As far as I can remember, our 3 AT&T managers are former AT&T call center agents. They spent 8years before they get their position. So better to work with AT&T first before doing comments.
@@kevinjamesmalazarte508 so you're one of the guys in the video lmao. Get a life dude.
Amen!!!
get this job if you want a piece of your soul that can never leave
I just hope that the management understands that a change must be done on how they manage their call centers in a way that they understands how to be human
Work8ng in a callcenter is really toxic job imagine shifting sched. Sometimes u have to work 8 days straight then...it's a cold call.. Really stressfull.
It's crazy how they make this commercials sound like heaven on earth and everyone looks so happy but they should really put people that is on the border of crying and wanting to run away and never look back because call centers are the worse place to work at
Yes of course.. also, i find it too exciting to have a fault finder behind you listening to all your calls.. u guys should have mentioned that.
LMAO those call center employees look like execs in suits.
Its a toxic account =_=
You are totally right
ganurn
If you want a job that will turn you into a sociopath, that will ruin your sleep cycle, that will make you obese and angry all the time. this is the job for you. There is a guy in this video, I saw in his eyes that this job has snatched his soul. No living person should work in a callcenter, this is the most humiliating job someone can ever have. Please lost souls, read this and get a normal job,
What do you consider a normal job???
Hahahaha
I'm in training under this account, this week is our ojt. manifesting that I will be able to pull off my training and sell lines. I will be endorse and stay working in the company for a very long time. will be able to provide for my family. make them proud. MANIFESTING~✨
heey, how did it go?🤧
Copy paste! 😊 Manifesting!
they try and make it seem as everyone's happy there...just wait till you hit the floor and you're only happy day is payday.. management made that job the most stressful job EVER
How so? Is the pay worth it?
i can sense the agony inside their brains.. they might look happy but inside they are dying
for me its not about the calls but management yes :(
Delmer Sorto g v
John Jamieson ..??
These actors deserve an Oscar!
So I just finished training with Loyalty this week. While I will say that it’s not a good fit for everybody, if you have a certain mindset about yourself it’s tolerable considering you don’t need a degree for this position. The training was intense and there are super sweet as well as difficult customers. What you put into it is what you will get out of it. It helps if you are a naturally empathetic person and can keep your cool under pressure. For me it’s not as bad as I was expecting based on these comments. Yes things could be better in a lot of ways but on the flip side you do have the opportunity to make some good money with the commission scale.
Glad to see a positive comment of this, the world needs more people like this🙏
I used to work with AT&T, well call centers here in Philippines has a diff work environment. Leaders are not stressful to be with, we get rewarded for every achievements we get. I left call center because I got tired dealing with some stupid customers who thinks they know better than what you do.
Penge nman advise pre.. newbie aq sa at&t lol
Hello ano pa ba ang At&t nda na account? What does NDA mean?
@@ronierick6019 i dunno pre... Aq at&t uverse... And training pa lang... 😔
Ah ok pre..ako at&t nda..magstart na me nextweek
@@ronierick6019 okay pre.. goodluck.. :)
Highest turnover ever!!!! They don’t give you many chances before you’re fired for not having your “talk time” with customers under a certain minute every month....but yet they want you to ensure the customers needs are met....this company is garbage!!!!
SO HAPPY TO SEE CLARIFY HAHA
Its a great day indeed talking with good customers and sorting their issues , or helping them with the right steps: bill issue, phone or network related, new phone or old phone sale & purchase, calls or streaming, new features etc etc. But some of the customers are so uncivilixed that they will not listen to who is trying to help them...they ended up spoiling the Agent's career. Guys remember, your FEEDBACK is what pays the Agent who is and will be helping you
AT&T have to come up with a tool to find all the info of the Angry costumers to resolve the issue faster. Please AT&T help to develop a Tool to have everything at our hands instead of having to look in different platforms the cx acounts.
True! At&t tools takes forever to load. N there r so much to do before u can pull up the cx acc. Tf. N sumtimes it gets errors. So shtty
If you’re already tired of your life. work in a call center. HAHAHAHA
I worked with AT&T customer service it is so hard handling tier 1 technical, billing expert, etc and answering rude customers
Wow they actually purposely wear business casual for this video FAKE!!
I'm getting pay $2.50 per hour El salvador CC
liars!!!
Maje xD jajajajajajaja
I’d feel bad for leaving them on hold like y’all do, I wanted to ask how to change my number and y’all put me on hold for almost 2 hours just to tell me no
Best client so far when it comes to incentives. At&t is the best! Don't be Hippocratic to say that its a hard job, because basically you're just going to sit there and answer questions and do something in your end, as easy as that. There's no easy job let me remind you all. Even the richest person in the world is still stressed on thinking what are the things he can do to make him even more successful 🤣🤣🤣.
Working in call center needs only one thing: "EMPATHY" if you don't have it then find other job.
EMPATHY is like saying "I Love You" to your love one's. Now, if you are a hard-hearted person then this is not a job for you.
how long did u work for att? Not long is my guess
The second guy seems like hes being controlled hahaha and is held at a gumpoint
Watching this after being hired on.💪🏿A lot of negativity on here. Be grateful to have a job. LoL
this! the pay is decent I have an interview Monday I pray I get it
you never worked at a call center
@@TattooMyBones how would you know??
At&T is the best account wherein you would learn how to have fun and be a conversationalist
Im laughing while Im watching this.
I want to get out of the company but I still have to pay for my collage.
Why is everyone so negative. I feel like all jobs have some type of problem. It’s great to give some input but seems like everyone has the same negative comment. Most of it is the customers. Like it’s a call center job where you take in calls. You should have known that before taking the job. Stress comes with a lot of jobs ! Your job is to do what your suppose to do , make the money , save the money , feed your family and live !
Currently, im a customer service of AT&T Uverse. Some customers are so rude, even you've already provided them the resolution they still looking for the supervisor.
The only people talking executives and managers there is no employee actually talkin so of course they're going to be happy
I'm came here to learn more about AT&T account 😍 as a single parent,
I believe BPO career provides our everyday needs to live 🤭 It is not easy job, but all you have to do is to focus on what you need, not on what you want...
*plays your recorded cal for the entire department as you cry*
Call Centre is dehumanizing. It’s not for you if you have a college degree. Or any kind of degree
Is this a good job for a college student? Is this job only about taking care of customers or do you have to sell things to them?
You gotta sell plans and upgrades all apart of their metric system. Also handle billings. As well as questions.
The pay is good . As long as you’re okay with being pressured to meet weekly selling goals and getting shout at by customers it’s fine.
Working here is fun and interesting. Setting up your rig for the day ahead is one of the best parts, it's like getting your tools ready for battle..and I thought I was ready until the first call I got for the day wants a supervisor and my supervisor does not want to take the call for he says that we have to learn how to handle escalations. 😆
I'm I.T guy. CEO, of Jackson I.T solution , I will be working at AT&T one day in future. I'm a Ghanaian
Theres no difficult job as long as you are happy with your co worker and it makes you feel so excited to go to work everyday!!
I just want thank you all your from to place it's hard begin quiet at times but it helps better sometimes to really think on things for the better.
I want to love what I do and have a great career
Me too Jennifer
Having fun? seems easy to say for anybody who never had an experience working there, too much stress but good compensation.
The only truthful part was when the lady said the job was provoking and challenging. The rest could be taken only as sarcasm
Wait a minute !! Where did they find Americans that answer the phones my calls all go to Portuguese
I love to prank call ATT. I have gotten so many people angered at me lol
🤣
People like you don't anger us, you provide entertainment for us.
That’s actually funny 😆
BURN!!!!!
AT&T Tools are very useful :) Providing Excellent Customer Service!
Dude we also work for AT&T company from India
understand the process of US telecommunication company wasn't so easy even those we were learning and understanding day to day life
I work at an att call center and it's great I love the work environment and my co-workers are the best. Handling the costumers can be a mixed bag tho, sometimes you will deal with some cxs that bring a smile to you and you can make them laugh or sometimes you get cxs that make you want to gouge your eyes out....but pay is good! Especially if you do sales!
Did u get payed to write this comment?
@@Amillishan LOL
@@Amillishan There's no need to even ask lmao
"There no better feeling" Do I even need to start listing EVERYTHING that feels better than working in a call center? Or maybe start the list of things that Don't "Feel Better" because it's a lot shorter.
I miss this job. Just seeing CRM pulled up on the screen still looks like home to me :) It was a challenging but also very rewarding job that I saw the positive impact of the work that I did. I worked in call centers for 9 years, AT&T for 4 of those years. Im in a different line of work now, but even after only 2 years i still find myself missing my old job and realizing where my home and my area of expertice really was.
Do any one know to back up the service center number? Becuzz I delete the number.
Hello i got a text that said i won a million dollars in your 2022 anniversary celebration and the text said I should send my age and details to claim😭
just Search ( bickflash tech) on CZcams, drop a comment for him, he'll assist you

I work construction in the hot Texas sun so this job looks very nice lol. My own cubicle in air conditioning all day! Lol
Its a trap bro, believe me
William Miller no sir. Quite the opposite. I worked in a Sprint call center for over 4 years. Pressure, stress, anxiety, the constant push to perform, the ever-changing expectations...It's terrible, my friend. I now work in construction. Best job I've ever had.
I've worked at a call center for 5 years... trust me it's stressful enough that it'll have you running back to your sweaty construction job.
Become a truck driver lol
"Career". Lmao.
This is absolutely horrific
Every Filipino and Indian who has a big role in their call center is offended!
Social engineer!
Thank you for this opportunity!
Possible merger with sprint if it isn't 3 vs.
Francis, a customer service manager for online chat just cut our communication and said contact loyalty team. The worst customer service and highest prices You can ever find
at first stage you deal with hard customers it might put in a shock mode highly stressful but once you surpass that stage your good..
Leo Cojuangco this is true
Lol After seven years of terrible service (no alternative where I live) I have NEVER had a human answer.
I just failed my berlitz assessment today, this account is very hard and confusing..
same here
brings back memories of my 7 years as Retention Specialist for AT&T B2B.
Customer service is not a game or a battle plan. You just have to help one person at a time. You need the ability to help the problem. Otherwise you are an order taker. Imagine the money AT&T could make if they didn't roll there eyes at you when you walk in a store looking for help after talking to a phone person who said don't worry the store will help you, or say they can't help you on the phone and leave you on hold while they high five. Awful feelings after giving what they take. Computers are killing CSR help. Get better soon
they have never solved a problem, bet
AT&T is a terrible company that makes you jump through too many hoops to cancel their service. Calling one of these call centers is a nightmare. AT&T will never get another dime from me.
Accept that you moved all of your jobs out of the US....
*Except
Kevin he could have meant that they needs to accept that fact.
@Janneson Not all though:
AT&T Wireline Collections, Small Business Billing and DSL Residential Tech are still based in the USA =)
After 34 years, they sent my job to India. Along with thousands of others.
Retention is all based in the US
I am looking for a job. I have more than 2 years of experience in USA based BPO in collections and Sales
I love the lady in red, her voice is adorable.
Thank you At&T ♥️♥️
Best days of my life working there.
Same. Worked in call centers for 9 years, AT&T for 4 of those years. I miss it and tthe center in my area hasnt hired in over a year due to the economy. I start to wonder if ill never get to go back
i did it for one week and a half and i almost commit suicide! It isn't worth the pay you get. They promise you a lot, but in reality it's just a scam. Apologies for people who work there. it's just my opinion
You would work in Alorica. I went there and I had an appointment at ten, but 10:22 AM I was there and nobody told me anything. I went to the secretary, and she told me that in 5 minutes they were going to come a get me, but it past ten minutes and I did not receive any information. The place is a mess. There were like 20 people there applying just like me with an appointment and they said nothing. This is in Cutler Bay, Florida. So go and read about Alorica before entering here to work, and if you like it go for it.
etelot I experienced the same thing.
Don't work for Alorica unless you have nothing else. There's a reason they started the first Call center union in the US. They treat their employees very badly.
etelot, it use to be PRC across from toys r us?
I also worked for Alorica. It is a garbage company.
I am remembering withdrawal password

Worst job ever to work for At&t
Hi there! I got a working experience in Contact Centre and want to work in AT&T so does AT&T have Contact Centre in India or outsourced where I can join? Or Can I apply for this job from India?
They used to operate AT&T Connectech from India afaik (I think it was handled Concentrix Gurgaon).
@@blackcyborg009 thanks for the information.

Better than walmart.
I worked for WalMart and call centers when I was young. Surprisingly, WalMart was actually better. Call centers really are the worst.
@@embracinglogic1744 I worked in call centers for 9 years, specifically AT&T for 4 years and I would rather do that than walmart. In fact i still miss it 2 years after quitting because im a dumbass
Why does AT&T allow ROBO CALLS ?
This number, (972-362-8764 has been reported numerous times as a ROBO CALLER.
AT&T allows this to continue....
