Welcome to the second part of the interview with the two-time winner of the World Jigsaw Puzzle Champion, Alejandro Clemente León. He is also known as the two-time Spanish Champion. This time we will focus more on speed puzzling tips as we already learned last time he haven't always been as fast as today but has practiced a lot.
Subscribe this channel, get even more speed puzzling tips and know what is happening in the world of speed puzzling. Alejandro and I also appreciate all likes, comments and shares (IG, FB, anything!). Thank you!
If you want to learn from faster speed puzzlers, it's always important to understand their journey and how DID they become so fast. Too often we think that someone has just always been that fast and then we think we will never be. But with the right practice you could be the next World Champion too!

Again a great interview to watch! I saw that you already won first place in the Finnish Nationals in pairs, so you are getting used to the podium already a bit, congratulations! 🎉

Thank you so much! It was very exciting, and I’m also very thankful for Alejandro with the timing of this interview because I have able to focus on practicing instead of creating new videos 🤣

Loved this! I actually have a tip for you Emilia about your difficulty to see the place for the different areas. Practice with the byuld-as-you-sort method that Donnalouise does. I try using that method for smaller puzzles 250-300pc and it has helped me with spatial awareness on bigger puzzles too! Its one of my weaknesses too but I found it much easier now. great intervies

Thanks for watching and for the tips! I actually practice that a lot for image analysing skills but it hasn’t really done anything with my spatial awareness so still looking to try something else for that (or just let it go and focus other stuff) 😊

@@puzzlewithemilia Maybe you can use tape to make a square in the exact dimensions of a ravensburger 500 and build the puzzle in the square? Can even add some more lines to create a grid and then slowly take out lines over time until the dimensions are in your head? Only works for 1 type of puzzle though 😅

I've tried this with smaller puzzles, but I have trouble sticking with it. I can't help but look for the last piece in a section from the box, for example. it's hard to set rules around what this kind of thing looks like.
