Retrovibes - old comment (4 years ago) but you asked if this was the original song. It's not!!! I've got an older version (I think released before the album was) and it sounds a bit different to this one! He also says "I'VE BEEN searching for a love alike" whereas in this one he says "WE'VE". Both are great but I'm so used to my copy that this one sounds odd :P
