I've looked at all Toyota you tube 2015 Highlander videos. This one helped me to reset it, but it still didn't fix rear window door for me. I made sure rear window was closed, checked glove compartment and watched your video. Now if it doesn't work after this what else can I try. I have an appt. with dealership but want to try to solve problem myself to save money but I have tried this. I think it is a great video, nonetheless. I wouldn't even attempted this otherwise and known more options.

Just bought one of these...does engine HAVE to be turned off for rear door to open and close ? Seems to be the only way?
I think in the glove box, you have a trunk lock button. Just unlock it . Let me know if that works please.
