Living room should be in front of the kitchen and the dining space next to it. It looks awkward the way it’s set up now plus it’s not congruent with the natural flow of movement in the house!

There is a high demand in this community. They are building only preconstruction. So buyers purchase before the homes are completed, based on interest.
Love both houses but to expensive for a vacation home or second home.

I don’t think the builders would provide that to you. But I could help you with getting the floor plan and you could provide that to your contractor or an architect directly to re-create something similar for you
