1) did you turn on DIP sw 3 while the unit was off, or on? ... it's on in the illustration, while the Unit is on. 2) Do you need to clear the memory on the controller, before doing a "Restore" from the SD ... again, when did you turn on DIP 3 & 4, presumably, while the unit was off? However, the illustration shows the unit ON with DIP 3&4 on. 3) Could failure to follow these instructions precisely, result in damage to the NJ?
It is always recommended to turn off the power supply before changes the dip switches (manual W500 section 4-3--4). You don't need to clear the memory before you restore. For further questions contact your local Omron support
