- My boys Cody and Craig can grind and grind far so we give out our secrets on little hacks and cheats to grinding longer with less friction and how to make it easier to hold. we also skate our cute little butts off all day and have a good old time plus Craig does I trick I have never seen before on a rail.
Measured in Dans, this was a pretty awesome video. Like a full 5 Dans out of 5.

sweet i came out in the background of this at 3:33! I'm the guy wearing all black with the backwards cap going for the crook on the yellow ledge. i remember thinking "wow, those guys are really good, they're sliding pretty far". Maybe i'll get my crook clip thanks to the tips in this vid!!

I liked that tip about dragging the trailing wheel along the ledge in a nose/tailside, not the leading wheel. The physics might be different but it matches up with how quick you're tossed if your front wheels hit a crack vs rear. Easy to remember either way 👌

If you have a filmer that continually does figure 8s and goes behind a pole you could use the post as a mask sweep transition and cut in continual clips... It's hard to explain what I'm envisioning

Funny… this popped up in my feed and I was like “man Dan is so consistent at uploading content” (which is true) but I didn’t even consider that it was old. Gotta get those nollies on lock. Then whenever you’re about to get off you just nollie
Your board is flipping over because you don't have enough weight over the top of it, so it just rolls off the end of the ledge. You need to get over the top of the ledge more and distribute more weight back toward the heel of your front foot. This will come more naturally once you get comfortable, but when learning, most people naturally lean away from the ledge out of fear/lack of commitment. That's why this is such a common problem.
