Typically no. I do a lot of hand picking when needed. I used to use neem in the passed but for it to be effective you have to spray regularly. I found hand picking is the easier option for me. When I stopped using neem I also had way more beneficial insects in the garden then pervious. I will use neem if I can't get aphids under control but I typically just isolate and spray that one plant.
