HEREâS A VIDEO SHOWING HOW I EDITED THE FILE FOR THIS BLANK: czcams.com/video/I0f4IabdFDo/video.html
See, every time I have an idea that I need help figuring out, there you are!!! Thank you!!!
Thank you đ happy to help
Another one!!! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these!!!! Great ideas!!! Pull the paper off first, save the tiny weeding, use the metal stir stick to spread!!! Little golden nuggets every single time!! And always a great shopping list to be had, THANK YOU!!!đ„°đ„°đ„°
Elisabeth Dow thank you đ
Thank you for showing your expertise with us, Jessica!
The weeding small lines tip...HOLY COW!! THANK YOU! I will definitely be trying this! I cannot tell you how much vinyl I've wasted and finally got to the point of not using thinner fonts because of this!!
Love the tip about leaving small details and weeding once on the blanks! I have started using a small piece of painter tape doubled up and sticking my blank to my table so it doesn't move around.
Iâm totally obsessed with these! Thank you so much!
I set my alarm at 7am. Woke up and grabbed my IPAD to watch. The obsession is real!đ„°â€ïžâ€ïž
S pas thank you so much đ
I need these in my life. đ
Thank you for the tip about applying vinyl with thin lines. I cannot tell you how much I struggle with that. I've cut and recut SOOO many times! I just started with tumblers, so keychains will be my next tackle! I absolutely love doing this.
Amanda Jacobs thank you đ hope it helps!
This is ADORABLE!!
I finally got to watch! I've been trying all weekend! LOL!! LOVE IT!! Keychains have always been a favorite of mine.
Yay! Thank you!
I can not wait to try these!!
I have to try this! It looks sooo cool!
Finally got to watch this one!! Love it!! Maybe keychains are a good place for me to start!! Love all of the keychains in the video!! Thank you!!
Yay! Thank you!
Love that you give us more than tumblers :)
These are beautiful girl... Keep inspiring & teaching. Be blessed.
Cynthia Martin thanks girl! đ„°â€ïžđ„°
Very nice! Creative, easy and fun!
Pharaohz Houndz thank you đ
Super cute! đ€đ€
This was fun to watch! I always wondered how makers got the decals perfect for vinyl blanks, I didnât know they came with a file đ€ŠđŒââïž
I love everything you make and was dying to come across a keychain one. Thank you so much for sharing!!! đ€
Thank you for watching đ
Love this channel!
Beautifully done .. I love love it
reneefab69 thank you đ
Love your work
Jessica, I can't wait for the tutorial on how to change the cut file! đ
Me either !
Me also currently attempting it on my own and want to know if there is an easier way than what I'm doing lol!
Great Tutorial!
These are so adorable!!đ
NINA GONZALEZ thank you đ
I love Zindeeeeeeeee thats where I get my blanks from too!!!!
This is so cute!! I've been making key chains for a little bit now. One thing I found that helps a lot is a jump ring finger tool! It goes on like a ring and really makes closing the jump rings much easier! Also what I started to do is fill my mold half way, once set I put my decal on then fill the mold the rest of the way with clear epoxy. A lot less mess! You are wonderful and I have already learned so much from you, I hope I'm able to help with a couple of tips!!
Amanda Underwood thanks so much đ
Oh gosh you're so welcome! Thank you for all your awesome videos!!
Great tutorial. Flawless as always, you make it look so easy. Beautiful keychain setâ€
Thanks so much đ
Loved this! Iâm about to spend so much money đ ! Please do more videos on keychains! You da bomb!
Tori Little lol I totally did the same thing đ If you all enjoyed this i will definitely do some more! I love them so much
Super cute
hailveronica thank you đ
Love Zindee! Use liquid latex on the finished side before you epoxy. Peels right off if you get epoxy on the other side!
Hollyanns386 great advice! Thank you đ
Been doing keychains for about 6 months now, but always learning some new little trick from each video I watch (weeding the fine lines after applying). I have used latex liquid on the back side to avoid messing up the done side. Can really be helpful on some of the projects. LOVE your videos, you have such a calm and complete explanation of your creations. Thanks!
Nancy Draper thanks for your insight and thanks for watching!!
Nancy Draper make sure youâre informing your customers that you use the latex. Some people have severe latex allergies.
Do you ever sleep? Ha!! You do fabulous work!!
Vicki Flores lol no I sure donât đ thank you
Omg how excited I am for this!!! You are so inspiring! I went on amazon the other day to purchase something of yours from a tumbler video and seen the keychain folder on your amazon and could not wait for this!! I do these crafts when my kids go to bed and I finally get a chance to craft! itâs so relaxing and fun to do these! You should do a video on how you have balanced running your business with life because I know how time consuming these projects can be!
BTW I totally bought an arteza mica powder set today! I canât wait to play with it bc these videos! Game changer to resin !!!
Hayley Lima thank you so much đ Iâm so happy to hear that!!
I love doing these keychains! Zindee is the best supplier.
Thank you thank you! Iâm obsessed with keychains as well!
Get yourself a bead reamer to get the holes done nicely! Itâs a game changer. Oh and thanks for the tip of removing the decal pieces once itâs on the blank! Can that be done with tumblers too?
Emily VanDyke good to know! Iâve been jimmy rigging it lol Iâll get one. Thanks!
Flynn Sisters Boutique I absolutely adore you and your phrases like âjimmy riggingâ and âlet Erâ ripâ! I use those same phrases đđ
Really enjoyed this video! đWould like to see more! đ I would recommend using latex to prevent any epoxy getting onto the other side. đThanks for this video. â€
Jasmine Peralta definitely! Thank you đ
If you use the liquid latex to help with over spill don't forget to mention that you used it before selling or giving away for those peeps with latex allergies! I absolutely love these!đ
Stephanie W came here to say the same thing đ
Little hand drill on Amazon for the holes. I can share a think if needed. Works amazing
Works well for snow globe cups etc too if you donât have a large drill
The only thing I do differently is sand the blank again before applying vinyl and epoxy. I just figure that it'll give the epoxy a better grip. I tried uv resin too and have improved my technique but I also prefer using epoxy.
I hot my acrylic blanks coming saturday
Have fun!
I always end up getting epoxy where it shouldnât be đ„Č gonna try using my little stick and exacto knife :)
Try using liquid latex to mask off the other side! One of my newer videos for keychains shows you how đ
Those are really cute! I'm going to give you some advise. Take a small piece of cardboard and put double sided tape on it, tape your blank to the cardboard. It makes it easier to hold when applying epoxy. Hope I explained that good enough.
Thanks for the tips!
Your very welcome. Hope it helps u. It certainly made it easier for me
Great video! I tried the UV before and didn't like the finish, so haven't made anymore. Thank you for the tips and motivation to try again. Did you add the glitter to the bezel pendent or was that how you purchased it?
Correen King thank you đ I did add a small amount of glitter to some leftover epoxy and just put some in there
I've learned that if you leave your vinyl how it is after you remove the backing , it's easier to place/lineup the keychain on the vinyl in stead of the vinyl on keychain .... If that makes sense :)
I was just about to comment on that!
â€
I canât figure out how to change this file. I did not see a tutorial where you show that. Thank you! By the way this is the best resin keychain video out there!
Thank you so much! I haven't had time to do a tutorial on editing this file yet but it's on the list. THanks for watching!
Thank you so much in inspiring others...much appreciated! Also where do we get the template from for the keychains? I purchased this a few weeks ago but I didn't see the template.
D'borah RFC if you purchased from Zindee it will be in your account on their website and I think they also send you an email.
Thank you...going to check now.
First, love, love, LOVE these! Seconds, where are you finding your alcohol? Does anyone know if the denatured alcohol works the same way as rubbing alcohol?
Audrey Caldwell Iâm not sure but I find it at Walmart, you have to go to the pharmacy and ask for it
Audrey Caldwell Yes,you can use denatured alcohol..
I gave up on making keychains. They were just too small to work with. But I might try again đ«
Love the keychains, Iâm just starting out with epoxy resin and was just wondering which resin do you purchase from Alumilite? Just want to be sure Iâm buying the correct resin since itâs many to choose from.
Amazing Clear Cast is fine
love this, i just put an order into Zindee, lol Can you show a video how you edited the wording, removed the alphabet from the planchet? Im a newbie still learning.
yes, I have plans to do a video on that eventually! thank you!
Hello! these are AMAZING! Did you ever upload a how to change a cut file video? I am struggling today!
Iâm sorry I didnât. Itâs mostly just ungrouping in Cricut ds and adding what you need to the image without resizing the actual shape.
For the round charm did you buy the charm with the glitter already in it, or did you put your own glitter with epoxy? Sorry if I missed that part in the video.
i bought the empty bezel charm and put glitter and epoxy in it, just a drop
Hi Jessica! I've been trying to find you on FB but I cant seem to find your group. I also tried to see your links down below and I cant see any of your information at all. The only thing besides your video is your merch. Id love to join your group. Please let me know the details. Thank you....
Thanks for this tutorial! This is the second or third time I've watched it but I'm still on the struggle bus, lol! Im using a mold for mine, but the problems come in when after I add my vinyl. How do you keep your epoxy from fisheyeing? Do you let it thicken up at all?
Thank you so much for your tutorials! I look forward to them every week!
Yes I do let it thicken a bit also make sure you put enuf on
@@FlynnSistersBoutique thank you! I'll try letting it thicken and using a bit more!! đ
Hi Jessica! I'm new to your channel, Facebook group, and keychain making lol and just purchased everything to make the keychains. Was wondering what you used on the bear with the feathers.... the blue one? Thanks and hope to see more tutorials on you making the keychains.
Awesome! Thank you! I used patterned vinyl from zindeez and glitter from peachy olive glitters - the brown was a mix i made (see the description box of my photo geode tutorial for the mix colors) and the blue was bejeweled. I used the same techniques shown in this video.
@@FlynnSistersBoutique great, thank you so much!
Excellent video! I would love to know where you buy you fuzzy Pom pomsđ
Renee Brock Check out this Idea List on Amazon: Keychain Stuff by Jessica Flynn www.amazon.com/shop/flynnsistersboutique?listId=Optional%5B3G6XDUY15YPUV%5D&ref=idea_share_inf
I would love to know the process of cutting that vinyl!
Teisha Yoder when you buy the blanks, the file comes with it so youâd just load that into your Cricut design space and itâs already sized for you đ I will do a video on how to alter the design too
Where did you get the muddling tools from.
Did you apply the decal on top of the glitter or the underside?
Michelle Johnson the underside
Hello Jessica,
I purchase the Planchette and downloaded the files from Zindee. I was wondering if you could explain how you removed the alphabet and changed the fonts for Goodbye, YES, and NO. I'm trying to modify the files using Cricut Design Space.
Thanks
Carol
I could do a tutorial on that soon. It's a lot of steps.
Do you have a video regarding whatâs needed for people getting started? My daughter would love this! I would love to buy her a set up for her birthday, but I have no idea what all is needed.
For tumblers, too!
I donât but all my videos have product links in the description box showing most if not all of what you need
Where do u buys blank acrylics at and what epoxy do I use?
it's all linked in the description box of the video :-)
Ok this might be a dumb question, but why do you use acrylic blanks instead of silicone molds? Just curious. I absolutely love the mama bear ones, soooo adorable!
Christy Marie you can get so many more shapes with acrylic blanks. Molds are kind of limited. Plus I like the look of blanks better.
I agree with what Emily said. And I think in a way they're easier to work with.
How did you do that bear keychain?!?!? I love that
Same way just more pieces to it âșïž
where did you get the mama bear acrylic?
You can find everything i use in my tutorials linked in the description box.
The puff balls are no longer available. Do you know of anywhere else to get them?

Hi there, did the decal come with the blank??
the file for it did, yes.
Sorry if I missed it but where do you get the blank little silver charms
there's a link in the description box for the hardware
Flynn Sisters Boutique
found them! Thank you - absolutely love your work!
Is the planchet 3"? And what size is the moon?
Jennifer Weaver yes the planchette is 3â and the moon is the âminiâ i think itâs 2â
@@FlynnSistersBoutique thank you!! Love your videos!! Your amazing!
Where did you buy your transfer paper?
Gina Guerra Craftopia transfer paper tape roll 12 inch x 25 feet clear with blue alignment grid, 8 bonus feet perfect for cricut cameo self adhesive vinyl for signs stickers decals walls doors windows www.amazon.com/dp/B01FWATE3Q/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_tx2TEb1J2Q2B2
How did the backing appear again after it dried?
I'm not sure what you mean??
what is the name of the white paper you have underneath? Thanks.
parchment paper
Was the cut file ever made for this tutorial? â€ïž
No, I linked the file i used and explained how I edited it briefly. The planchette blank also comes with a file when you purchase it
@@FlynnSistersBoutique where is it linked? Sorry I canât find it. I tried using the cut file but it was so much and I was so confused with it.
What font did you use for "goodbye"?
I think white star font
Approximately what size blank is the moon. Iâm bad with that.
it's called a "mini" moon - i think it's about 1"
Do you sell these
What size is the planchette?
about 3"
You werenât kidding about the original cut file... it didnât even want to load for me when I tried to cut.
yeah i had a hard time with it! there's one on Etsy I found too!
