Except that in the real world, you cannot destroy your 'dark spirit'... it is a part of you. The best thing to do is accept it and learn to control/channel it.
The point is that you should confront your "dark spirit" directly, not bottle it up and let it fester until it's unmanageable.

If you're going to review a Chinese film, at least learn to pronounce the character names correctly. Its Bai Ze, Ze as in Zuh, not as in Chay.
