believe it or not, riding on two or one wheel while intoxicated is dangerous because of slow reaction times and not because of balancing issues. cheers :}
I think this is great for those riders that used to have the capability and skills but become physically handicapped, and still desire to ride. I don’t think newbies should solely rely on all of these new electronic aids, abs, anti-wheelies, etc. Riders definitely need to have their skills honed in order to maintain the highest levels of riding. I personally don’t like electronic aids, but I’ve taken riding courses on beginner and advanced levels so my skills are developed and continuously improving.
This is an excellent idea. This will really help riders who physically cannot balance a bike as well as others, and could really make stopping at a red light on a motorcycle safer, and faster.
@@AllinOne-xc2ju we dont need four wheeler its difficult to drive and covers more area causing traffic hurdles on roads. And in small crowded streets its impossible to carry four wheeler. Was it really difficult to think about advantages?
Creating solutions for problems that doesn't even exist starts paralysing human. For example, we are not able to remember 2 or 3 mobile numbers nowadays but we used to memorize all relatives' numbers when mobile phones entered the market
Hell yeah I lost my entire leg in a motorcycle accident a year ago so even getting a bike off the stand is crazy hard, plus coming to stop this would be awesome wish I knew when it was coming out I really wana get back on the road with a bike again
There is a much better system for stabilizing a bike at or near stops for those needing help. Two little arms come out with small wheels to keep bike vertical. Then retract upon moving.
This is awesome! Not for a person with normal abilities but for all the people that live bikes but can not handle the weight cause of leg problems or similar!
no motorcycle rider wants this. (edit) sorry, did not think it through. Actually, this is a great idea for anyone physically unable to balance the bike in slow or no motion.
its interesting to see how it reacts on crashes! i mean if you kick it or something will it still stay up? also if your bike is down can you hit a switch and get itself up? we see many times riders cant lift their heavy big bikes this could help them!
I know of several motorcycle buddies that love riding but can no longer ride due to physical disabilities. They would love this and we can ride together again!
Is there a weight limit before it stops working? How does it work? Will it malfunction and try to correct itself one day while driving and send someone off a cliff or into traffic? It's interesting but I'm not sold yet.. it seems dangerous to put something on a motorcycle that controls the steering that's not me and me only.
What they should make is senser on bikes that can give you warning sound inside your helmet by blue tooth if someone too close or approaching behind you and beside you
Very interesting and amazing technology, but if this makes it through, there will be a big drop in "learning how to ride and stop" and "the true riding experience."
Before watching the video, I knew those dumb bikers would say 'this is not a bike for a real man like myself' Why don't you give up all safety/modern features on your car since it's girly too? What kind of man drives a car with power steering? what are you? a 16 year old girl? Nav with back up camera? what are you? asian woman driver?
What's with automatic vs manual? Less hassle but less control. (Manual saves fuel) In the usa everyone drives automatic maybe but in other parts of the world (europe) the majority doesn't.
Dumb bikers? Guy you've probably never rode a bike and your probably too afraid to do anything. Riding a motorcycle takes skill and years of learning the mechanics of the machine. People like you will buy this bike think your oh soo cool and when it comes time to ride a real bike you'll be fucked. This is great though for wounded veterans or people with disabilities so I will not discredit that.
I got a question for this feature , does it only work when you on a slow stop / riding condition or can be function on the run in high speed, It would be nice to remove the need of focusing on control when turning or extra fatigue too but i guess that shit prob only happend on that bmw concept bike for now. BTW so much salty person on the COMM SECTION even they didnt even get a taste or even understand how it would really helped, they just cant put their two wheel pride to the side aren't they ? Hell I love motorcyle but i wont leave the fact that what they should function as a transportation tool for the best riding experience and I damn sure i wont refuse the chances that they can become comfort and safer like car did.
I don't want the tech for ridding I want the tech for bikes that I can't stand flat footed on when I am at a light. If I lower the bike it messes with the handling. Some sport bikes I can't stand flat footed on even with ridding boots.

Durox Kilo I know bro, it wasn’t serious lol
That self balancing feature is dope, however imagine when you doing a tight turn and suddenly the bike starts balancing itself?
I don't think honda will ignore that if they are able to develop such a great wonder...
"crashed in the truck"
I think it is turned only on low speed
You should check out the BMW’s. Theirs have video for doing turns xD

Great to see Honda leading the way.More quality, more good times.

Self balancing bikes exist in GTA's 1,2,5

DAILYDRIVENEXOTICS GTR r-35 yeah i know what your mean

The bike drives autonomous but people have to turn the presentation plate , wtf ?
New Memer No reverse gear?!
I think I would have added reverse gear before self balancing.
Welcome to the future
Smart objects...
...dump people
it's an expo.. you'd have to dig a hole for the motors to turn the plate.
Hyung Ceniza You don't have to install one , im pretty sure there are protable tables that turn
What's the point of having a two wheeler if you're so fucking scared drive a car...... Ridiculous
DIRT RIDER i agreed until i relized maybe people who have disabilities could use it do not completely pointless
Dude don't disrespect cars

They say it as if entry-level riders will be able to afford this bike.
Jake lol!!
regardless of their skill level, but very dependent of their wealth level
Yes. Statistically, beginner riders (i.e. teenagers) can't afford this... except if they are sugar babies to a flithy rich old guys

goddamn, how heavy was your bike man?
true ridder, sorry bro
Sorry to hear that. I'm very sure that bike will be a big help to you, as long it's legal in your country to ride with a disability. 👍🏍️

Wow! Self balancing and remote controlled, this i perfect. I don`t even need to ride anymore. It dose everything for me....
Kinda scary to think i can move the front wheel itself. One malfunction in a corner and you eat pavement.
Think about how great this is for disabled people...
Leo Smith tru, i didnt even think of that , good human
No more trikes on the road.
disabled people will benefit better with electric wheelchairs that can climb stairs .. imho
There is a much better system for stabilizing a bike at or near stops for those needing help. Two little arms come out with small wheels to keep bike vertical. Then retract upon moving.
If you are disabled you probably shouldn't ride a bike.
I just need a 250cc 4-cylinder bike.
Nicholas Erickson yea if 250cc then defo 2 stroke
Zaenal Fahmi 300cc 4 cylinder would do. 👍
Bandit 250👍👍👍
Too expensive

Come on guys, learn to clap for the little appreciation!👏👏👏

Well, It's almost as embarrassing as a Harley trike, and someone is buying them . . .
grandpa that can't balance anymore might
This would be useful for the older folks that ride heavy harleys
I'd rather have one of those stupid mopeds with 2 front wheels
Micah S who can’t balance a bike
I thought of Lord Farquad for some reason, when he needed assistance into his saddle LOL. Heh heh Shrek

Does the self-balancing feature improve cornering?
How do you take hairpin cornering with that balancing stick on the both side of your bike?
Presentation could've been so awesome
Worlds starting to become like iRobot
I like FULL control of my bike thank you.
This would be great on a large sport touring, do they have reverse?
Hopefully this thing will come to India in 3018....exactly after 100 years
Dnyaneshwar Vaity I hope this is not supposed to exist on planet earth, do they even know why KTM's sell more than some bikes with linear acceleration
Well said bro

Cool never. Afraid riding that kind of MC amazing
They are so confident about it that they have "learning" wheels on the side.
I would rather Honda slice the price of this bike than to have this tech.

It just needs the little red light on the front 👍
I just install training wheels to the back wheel of the bike, they work great.

Need to see how this will work on sharp bends.
Is this bike have reverse gear? And what the purpose they rotate the bike
If it fails then what? I see the wheel move without the handle bars moving so when it fails you won't have control of the front wheel
