- Gurukripa in Sion, has been serving lip-smacking snacks like Chole Samosa and Chole Tikki since many years, and this place is always flooded with hungry customers, especially the college youth. But not everyone knows about the Sindhi delicacies served here. Lets check the authentic Sindhi food here!

Take this opportunity to give u information about Guru kripa.
Nobody goes away from guru kripa without food.
If any body goes there for a handout they always get some thing to eat or some cash.they never ever tell some body to go away and ask them to leave or curse them out.if u observer many school children while going to school will have one or two samosa in their hand. Given free. In the morning people with money line up to get at least 2 samosa. Many a times a hotel employee will sit and distribute samosas for free.this goes on all day long.
I have seen myself over and over again. They r very generous. They never curse any body out but they treat all with dignity.
They do langar sewa ie free food served in Gurdwara. Sri Guru Nanak darbar and Sachkhand darbar.
In their food is the blessings of guru sahib hence the taste. Very religious people.

That should be absolutely true becoz I have seen they are really generous, humble and down to earth. While I was shooting this video, I saw the owner quietly giving money to someone too. And I have also seen them distributing samosa for free many years ago. God bless them abundantly

The owner and talk to him about life and religion. Very spiritual person indeed. Slso the young man who runs the restaurant.

My mom was a Sindhi and few people know that Sindhis have a most amazing cuisine, and their Chaat is truly outstanding! It's mostly aloo tikki and samosas and khatta n spicy pakodas with their uniquely flavored Chola ( chane) makes their Chaat just crazy tasty and nutritious 😋

Gurukripa Sion serves world's best samosas and the sweets are wonderful and tasty...the food quality is very good

@@explorewithalka Their speciality is Sindhi and Punjabi Snacks, Chaats and Sweets. For South Indian food many eateries are there in Matunga like Idli House, Mysore Cafe, Madras Cafe, Ramashrey Cafe, Manis Lunch Home
I have covered all these places on my channel and they are amazing. What I mean to say is if you are going in a group where people have different preferences to eat, one can try their South Indian food too as that is equally delicious. Do try sometime if you haven't yet.
@@explorewithalka I will anyday prefer to have South Indian food in a Udupi and South Indian speciality restaurant while in restaurants like Gurukripa you should try their specialities like Samosa Chole, Tikki Chole, Sev Barfi, Chole Bhature, Dal Pakwan, Sweets and Mithais their South Indian also will be good won't be bad at all as it's a quality restaurant and basically Sindhi food is not available in most of the restaurant's where ever one goes as a few like Gurukripa, Kailash Parbat, Elco and then a few restaurants in Chembur and then Ulhasnagar has Sindhi Speciality food.

I used to visit this
Used to eat samosas at this place with my friend during my Mumbai days during 1994-1998. Tasty samosas and tiki’s. Can’t forget the taste even after several years. Yummy. Long live Gurukripa.

Since my childhood I have eaten from this place. It’s too good. Specially samosa chole. Shifted in Pune long back but still can’t forget the taste. Whenever I get chance to travel to Mumbai, I always visit there. Very nice place.

We have been kids eating here but only thing changed with times is serving food and extra dishes as kid we could relish our hunger with 5rs samosa and glass of lassi too today look at rates and crowds it’s still best in sion a Stone throw from collage and school
