As for the red jacket lady she could be from Roma community, 3-4% in Romania, of north Indian origin, but she looks more like Anatolian to me.
In india we would have told the baker to cut each one of the items into two.. we would have searched a place to sit and would have eaten comfortably and drinking lots of water after consuming each item...you got what you liked the most. .fine video on a nice foot path, still nobody bothered
