I am currently leveling my necro on the d4 open beta, where I tested a ton of different spells and skills, and I just found a crazy legendary. This is a must try item since it's so powerful and fun to use.

Legendary powers define builds because they magnify skills. They are in effect the tune words/6 piece sets. That is: they occupy the power amplification of primitivos slot in the designs.
