India: Security beefed up in India's Manipur, 2000 displaced following violence in Jiribam district

Ethnic tensions flare up again in India's Northeastern State of Manipur. Reports say about 2,000 people have been displaced in Jiribam District prompting Security Forces to put the neighboring Cachar District in Assam on a high alert.
