    Ingredients for Pulao masala
    - 1 inch of piece of Cinnamon stick
    - 2 Green cardamom
    - 1 Black cardamom
    - 4-5 Cloves
    - 1 Piece mace
    - 1/2 piece nutmeg
    - 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
    - 1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds and funnel seeds
    Method:
    To make Pulao masala add all the above ingredients In a spice mixture, grind coarsely and set aside for later use.
    Ingredient for Yakhni
    - 750 g basmati rice (Rinse and Soak for 30-45 minutes)
    - 750 Beef
    - 1/4 Cup Ghee
    - 1/2 tbsp Salt
    - 3-4 Cloves
    - 2-3 Green cardamom
    - 1-2 black cardamom
    - 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
    - 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
    - 1/2 teaspoon funnel seeds
    - 1-2 bay leaves
    - 1 tablespoon Coriander seeds
    - 1/2 inch piece cinnamon sticks
    - 1 Staranise
    - 1 Medium size Sliced Tomato
    - 1 small size Sliced Onion
    - 1/2 Cup Yogurt
    - 1 tablespoon garlic paste
    - 1 tablespoon ginger paste
    - 1-2 tablespoon Chopped Green chillies
    - 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
    - 1 & 1/2 letter water
    - 3-4 green chilies
    - 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
    - 1/2 teaspoon White pepper powder
    - Salt According to test
    Method:
    - In a Muslim cloth add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black peppercorns, funnel seeds, cinnamon sticks, Staranise, black cardamom, green cardamom, cloves, bay leaves and fold it tightly.
    - In a pressure cooker add beef along with bones, add Spices mixture, chopped onion, tomatoes, salt, chopped green chilies, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, ghee, yogurt, water mix it well then cover and cook on low heat for 20-minutes or until meat is tender.
    - Remove cover, take out spices mixture and Check whether the meat is cooked or not, mix it well then add prepared Pulao masala, white pepper powder, chilli flakes, green chilies and water, mix it well, cover and bring it to a boil.
    - Add Soaked basmati rice, mix it and Check salt if needed add salt according to test and reduce water, sprinkle some fried onion cover and simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
    - After dum Remove cover and let it rest for 10 minutes to remove extra steam.
    - Now enjoy your Beef pulao, Special beef pulao, white beef pulao!
