This watch was sent to me by Baltany watches and I do not have to return it. To be as clear as possible, I was not paid any money or told what to say. I only bother to review watches I'm pretty sure are already decent so I don't waste my time or money on crap! Thanks for watching.
They could definitely make it smaller if they wanted, I've got this movement, and the 6498 it is a clone of, in 40mm x 10mm cases
I do like your no nonsense approach and style - very refreshing. This is possibly my next watch.
They changed a few things on the dial: hands used to be 'snake/Breguet style hands' (now syringe?) and the subdial didn't used to cut off the numerals.
I think Baltany has the vintage/military style watches cornered. Once they branch out to other styles, they are going to be an Aliexpress force to be reckoned with. And you hit it on the head for me. I sweat a lot which is why I don’t do bronze watches and leather straps. Excellent review!🥚?
Nice review, I've looked at these several times, but the size puts me off. It's a shame, as I like small seconds and hand wind and the st36 movements are about the only decent reliable cheap option. Good point about the thickness, it could definitely be thinner!
How did you get that much patina on that case. I have bronze watches almost 4 years old with less patina.
Lord knows! Maybe the humidity in my House is too high?!
Ages like fine wine!
nice watch, nice review, but those 'swoop' sound effects on the cuts really distracted me.
Thanks for the feedback!
The word you're looking for is 'patination'. As there is no grammar for adding an 'ing', it's always prefaced with 'the'. 👍
Lol, ing goes with everythING
Should simply be: the patina
