Christmas and New Year is just around the corner! And today I have 4 quick party snacks for you. Maybe you are planning a buffet but are still running out of ideas or don't always want to do the same? Then try the appetizers! Very tasty and fast!

1 avocado.
salt.
1 teaspoon olive oil.
green onion.
2 tomatoes.
salt.
ground pepper.
1 teaspoon lime juice.
1 tablespoon of olive oil.
0.5 teaspoon of honey.
basil.
1 clove of garlic.
Garnish with mini mozzarella, rosemary and lime wedge.

green grapes (seedless variety).
100 g walnuts.
100 g of blue cheese.
20 ml cream 10%.
2 tablespoons of sour cream.
Decorate with walnuts and grapes.

mayonnaise.

juice of 1/2 lemon.

150 g cream cheese.
3 tablespoons of sour cream.
150 g lightly salted salmon.
Garnish with a slice of lemon and dill.

Para que el aguacate no tome ese tono marronoso, mejor echarle el zumo de la lima, y no al tomate, que de por sí ya es ácido. El color verde del aguacate se mantendrá y el vasito lucirá más bonito aún.

Авокадо почистили как картофель очень толсто, необходимо было снять только кожуру.
Надо просто поспелее авокадо и шкура легко снимается , тут немного он недозревший и твёрдый , а так интересный рецептик
