We definitely carry so much carry-on stuff it’s ridiculous anything electrical we carry with us on board on my backpack and on my roll.. in case ..and also my husband carries his CPAC also with him with all of his technical cords. We are taking all the information you give us because we are going on a 20 day cruise for the holidays and we don’t really want to leave anything behind. After 35 cruises I always pack more than I need. Better safe than sorry is my motto. And we are not flying because of mainly what happened to you. We will drive to the ports from now on in SoCal
We're going to be a couple of doors down from you in a few weeks' time. Must confess I hadn't given any thought to the plug sockets on Island Princess but that looks like we're finally going to have to invest in a non-surge power strip given that complete lack of options in the cabin.
Love all your videos! They are super helpful. We'll be on the Island for a Panama Canal in 2024. I've been watching and rewatching all your port videos and Island Princess videos. Was it really windy on the covered part of your balcony? We have an aft facing balcony which is our favorite, but I like your balcony too. I just hate all the wind while were under sail. Thats what I love about the aft balcony.
Thank you - we are in a very similar cabin later this year, so this proved very useful to see what we were getting into!

Our carry-ons will be different now too.
