LOVE using oil before my curling as well (i find it makes my curls last longer), but i make sure to use argan oil as some oils tend to break down at 300F or lower!

Don't put oil before you heat style your hair, because it will be like frying it. Oil serums always go at the end 💙
true! but argan oil is an oil you can put at the start as it can withstand to higher temperatures (and heat styling) compared to other oils
I’ve been putting oil in my hair for probably 12 years before I style it..... never have fried my hair in my life! Maybe because I let it soak in for a while and don’t go straight in after applying... Now I’m kinda scared lol

Omgg i love itt! I also have short hair, tried many timed doing curls on it but my hair is a thick one and i have a lot of hair and it just gets flat at the roots of the hair and it just don’t look good.... any tips on how to do this hair style on thick hair?
Georgia Ivanova mine is thick too. What works for me is: the hair have to be dirty, if it is too oily I use dry shampoo. You want to put some texture spray on your hair before so it gets more sticky. The ones she used are good.

Me too,wand curls last longer on me. Curling iron with clamps don't last to much. But I get lazy to use a wand.

I don't know if you read these but I'm 46 and epileptic. I've had epilepsy since I was 10. I have two healthy children. I took the risk of going off my meds with the first and with the second stayed on. Anyways, I have had 80 + grand mal seizures. I thought I would reach out.
