      Yes Sir! I agree 100%. I would like to add one more Tisas to my collection, it is the Desert Tan Raider. I do want to be able to check it out in person before I buy that one however.
      My US Service Model Tisas I purchased from YB is not as nice as the 1911 in this video, or as nice as my Stainless Steel Tisas 1911 that I did a video on a year ago. That Tisas 1911 is also very nice, but begs to be compared to the other Tisas 1911 pistols we now own.
      I will most likely make a video on the different Tisas 1911’s we own. I think we have 4 or 5 between YB & myself. Stay safe out there Sir! 😊😎🇺🇸👍. Beretta Sr.

      @@BERETTA9mmUSA I agree with You, handling them, or even shooting them before buying is so helpful on deciding. Good luck on Your next one I've bought many that felt great, but I couldn't hit the broad side of a barn with them. I might get another Tisas 1911 one day. I'm weak for The stainless one with black trim parts. That's a sick looking combo! Be well!

    I got one last month for 349. Shoots fine, and both magazines work. At about 375 rounds the front brass bead worked itself out and into the grass. You might want to apply some loctite to that and the grip screws before anything falls off. It is a fine gun for the price.

    Tisas SDS was my second 1911A1 (G.I. wood grips) over 700 rounds and the the ONLY ones that didn't work were from 1776 composite bullets, 5 of 50 BROKE in the chamber. I hand loaded the rest just to be rid of them. I would highly recommend Tisas, the fit and finish shows pride in craftsmanship ABOVE their price.

    After forty years of running with Colts, Springfields and Dan Wessons, I now own two Tisas 1911s. The only Colt I have left is one made in 1916. Still have the others. But, arthritis forced me to put the .45s in the safe and go 9mm. Enter the Tisas.
    My youngest son bought a Stingray in 9mm first. We started spending time with it and I honestly couldn't find a single thing wrong with it. Now, we own four between us.
    I've worked on them a bit for personal preference and a bit of tweaking, to make good better. But, they were all good enough for defensive use right out of the box. I use a Stingray for carry and a Tank Commander as my training gun, both in 9mm. I'd very much like Tisas to introduce a Lightweight Tank Commander.
    I wouldn't call them high-end guns, but they are very solid, service grade pistols. Any issues I've seen are the same ones I've encountered in pistols costing two, three times as much.
    Same issues + lower cost = better value, IMHO.
    They also make a great base gun for a build.

    Ok Ok I guess I'll have to start looking for one of these. Like I need an excuse. My first Tisas is on the way, an Aviator in 9mm. It has the same style sight set up. I called Tisas to inquire about that front whether it was staked out (Pun intended) or not? A dovetail front is a nice touch. The rear sight looks serviceable. Young Beretta needs to work some Lok Grip magic on it.

      @BERETTA9mmUSA  Před 4 měsíci +4

      Yes Sir…. We both agree that the SA and the nice Tisas 1911’s are a difficult decision. Take the extra 10 minutes to look them over very well in person. Just to make sure they are all up to snuff. That goes for SA too, they do not get to the front of the line on “Good Looks” alone. 😂…. Always double check if you can look them over in person. You would think I was talking about Cabot & ACW… no I think we treat all manufacturers that way. Just to keep them honest & hold them accountable. 😊😎🇺🇸👍. All The Best!! Beretta Sr.

    I know this video is not about Revolvers, but I wanted to ask question and I didn’t know any other way to get a hold of you. I’m looking at SPOHR revolvers they have just been introduced to the United States market as of shot show 2024, I am having trouble deciding between a 3 inch and a 4 inch barreled Club 3.0 example for my own research, I realize the advantages of the 4 inch barrel for most revolvers, but the SPOHR revolvers are supposedly built beefier with no mim parts to speak of, so, with that being said, I was thinking a 3 inch barrel might be ideal? I would carry this once in a while, and either a chest or hip holster, but mainly use it for home defense and shooting at the range. Just want your advice on the 3 inch or 4 inch barreled version? I saw another video of yours from like four months ago on a different revolver and you both agreed that a 3 inch would be pretty much equal to the 4 inch version of the same gun. Thank you very much hope to hear back.

    • @BERETTA9mmUSA
      @BERETTA9mmUSA  Před 4 měsíci +6

      Hi Sir,
      We don’t have any first hand experience with these new revolvers being imported. They look really good, no mim parts, no lock and the craftsmanship looks top notch. If you get one, let us know how it works for you. The 4 inch model would be our preference. - B9USA

    • @wesleyhobbs9
      @wesleyhobbs9 Před 4 měsíci +4

      @@BERETTA9mmUSA thank you for the reply. The one thing that I have learned through all of my vast research on these revolvers, is that they are beefier and heavier than a normal 357 magnum revolver from Smith and Wesson, and probably many other manufacturers. The 4 inch barrel version is 4 ounces heavier than the 3 inch barrel version that I am currently looking at. I’m looking at the club 3.0 edition. Normally I would go with a 4 inch as well but I was thinking the 3 inch might be a little easier to carry if I wanted to carry it in the car or on my hip or something like that or any backpack and the fact that it’s a stout and heavy revolver. it might be OK to get the 3inch version! I realize I would probably lose a little velocity and ballistics by doing with a 3 inch model, but after this information, I would still like to ask why you would use the 4 inch model? I’m looking for good feedback.

    • @BERETTA9mmUSA
      @BERETTA9mmUSA  Před 4 měsíci +2

      @@wesleyhobbs9 The 3 inch will most likely get everything you are looking for done and done right. I think Young Beretta and I have tried both (3 inch & 4 inch revolvers), and we both prefer the look and feel of the 4 inch. The extra velocity is nice, but for both of us it is the look and feel of the balance in most every 4 inch revolver we have ever used or picked up in the 11 years of our gun channel. Again for us, it is mostly personal preference and should not sway you in one direction or the other. I think the 3 inch is talking to you and that is the one you should go with… unless I am wrong. Best of luck to you, and go with your gut feeling, it is almost always right. 😊🇺🇸👍😎

    • @BERETTA9mmUSA
      @BERETTA9mmUSA  Před 2 měsíci +1

      Both of my Springfield Armory Garrisons have been pretty Excellent in QC and Reliability.
      That said this particular Stakeout Tisas is as you see here. One of the best Tisas we have handled if memory serves me correctly. I think we own 7 Tisas 1911s now, and I just purchased a New Tisas Night Stalker in 45ACP for $530 plus transfer fees…. So $565 out the door. I love my Springfield Armory 1911’s and I like my Tisas 1911s thus far. Are the Springfield Armory 1911s worth $200 more, yes in my opinion. Are they worth $300 more, yes but it is getting tight for $$ Vs Reward of a (much?) better 1911. $400 or $500 more for a Springfield over a Tisas for 80% of Buyers out there, is a no.
      Lots of 1911 Buyers would go for the Tisas ownership experience and pass on the Springfield Armory unless it was a chance at a slightly used Professional Model where the extra money is very easy to see in the quality of the 1911.
      Those are my thoughts…. If the money is close get the Springfield Armory Garrison and check them all out in person if you can for QC issues, this includes Springfield & Tisas. 😊😎👍🇺🇸. Beretta SR.
