- Holidays - How do you cope when you need to take a break from the business? Can it have a big impact on your sales? Do you get someone in to ship stuff when you go away?

Voted. Make sure you appeal the negative feedback as you may be able to get it removed! Quick question, do you keep all receipts (like postage and purchases) for self assessment/tax records? If you do, how do you evidence the things you buy at car boots? No worries if you don't want to answer. Love the channel, keep being consistent.
